This former Bed & Breakfast home has 5 bedrooms/bathroom suites + a separate 'pool house' with 6th bedroom & bathroom. Everything has been totally renovated! Each bathroom is beautifully remodeled. The kitchen is beautifully redone and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and even a Ninja blender!
A private pool, 3 balconies and private patio are the crowning glory to this amazing compound. When you inquire we will need to know who would be staying at the house and what is the purpose of your visit. The main house is three stories. It is configured as follows:

2nd/Middle Floor:
Bedroom 1- has Queen Bed + Full Bathroom With Walk In Shower

3rd/Top Floor:
Bedroom 3- King Bed + en suite bathroom with walk- in shower
Bedroom 4-Queen Bed + en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 5- Two Twin Beds + en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination
Pool House Cottage:
Across the courtyard is the separate 2-story cottage, with the living room (pullout sofa) and bathroom on the lower level, and upstairs is Bedroom #6 (Queen bed). Private balcony off the bedroom overlooks pool!
Parking is free and easy on the street. You are welcome to park 2 vehicles on the public street. We also provide pre-paid access to off street satellite parking for 2 vehicles.
We include:
Sheets. Each bed will be made up when you arrive and sofa bed sheets are also provided
Bath towels. We urge you to bring your own beach towels as ours may never be taken off site.
Soap.
Toilet Paper
We do NOT include:
Food or drinks
Napkins
Laundry detergent (although if we leave some out you are welcome to use it)
Beach towels
Kroger is a supermarket nearby with just about anything you might need.
Savannah has a Vacation Rental ordinance that requires quiet hours after 9pm. The ordinance also requires strict adherence to our occupancy limits. It is our responsibility to convey the behavior expectations to our guests and relay the city ordinance laws that apply to all vacation rentals in our city.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. We are also a local business.
What to expect when booking: Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO.
