About this property

This former Bed & Breakfast home has 5 bedrooms/bathroom suites + a separate 'pool house' with 6th bedroom & bathroom. Everything has been totally renovated! Each bathroom is beautifully remodeled. The kitchen is beautifully redone and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and even a Ninja blender!

A private pool, 3 balconies and private patio are the crowning glory to this amazing compound. When you inquire we will need to know who would be staying at the house and what is the purpose of your visit. The main house is three stories. It is configured as follows:
Ground Floor:
Living Room & Dining Area, Chef's Kitchen, Powder Room + Laundry Room

2nd/Middle Floor:
Bedroom 1- has Queen Bed + Full Bathroom With Walk In Shower
Bedroom 2- has Queen Bed + Full Bathroom With Walk In Shower
Sitting Room with Pullout Sofa

3rd/Top Floor:
Bedroom 3- King Bed + en suite bathroom with walk- in shower
Bedroom 4-Queen Bed + en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 5- Two Twin Beds + en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination

Pool House Cottage:
Across the courtyard is the separate 2-story cottage, with the living room (pullout sofa) and bathroom on the lower level, and upstairs is Bedroom #6 (Queen bed). Private balcony off the bedroom overlooks pool!

Parking is free and easy on the street. You are welcome to park 2 vehicles on the public street. We also provide pre-paid access to off street satellite parking for 2 vehicles.

We include:
Sheets. Each bed will be made up when you arrive and sofa bed sheets are also provided
Bath towels. We urge you to bring your own beach towels as ours may never be taken off site.
Soap.
Toilet Paper

We do NOT include:
Food or drinks
Napkins
Laundry detergent (although if we leave some out you are welcome to use it)
Beach towels

Kroger is a supermarket nearby with just about anything you might need.

Savannah has a Vacation Rental ordinance that requires quiet hours after 9pm. The ordinance also requires strict adherence to our occupancy limits. It is our responsibility to convey the behavior expectations to our guests and relay the city ordinance laws that apply to all vacation rentals in our city.

Great location in downtown Savannah

If you are looking for a great home that can easily accommodate a crowd, each having its own bathroom, then this is the place for you. Also rare to find a property downtown with a small pool. The house is lovely. Quiet residential district at night. Walking distance to Forsyth Park area. If you are walking to River Street and City Market daily, it is a bit of a walk but doable. Well equipped inside and out and although there is no dedicated parking, there was plenty available on the streets and two parking cards provided for the nearest garage. Great communication by the property manager! We would stay here again!

Best location & home

Eleven Longtime friends stayed at this home, which was absolutely perfect for us. We had to change our original date because of a conflict and while there was a small change fee they were great about accommodating us. It’s close to everything which makes walking easy. We did rent a car, but really didn’t need it as except for the airport and a grocery store run we didn’t go anywhere. We absolutely enjoyed the courtyard with the pool and the covered seating, as we had coffee and breakfast there every morning, the heat lamp was a nice touch as we did have a couple cool mornings. no one can get out over how great the house was. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and book it, it’s worth every penny.

Great family vacation getaway

We stayed here for our family vacation. There were 13 of us and we fit comfortably. The location was awesome and the house was clean and just as described on the listing. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy pleasant stay

We were five women who celebrated Christmas together at this wonderful restored home in the historical district. The location was great, the kitchen is well equipped, the house was clean and parking was always available on the street. Would definitely rent this beautiful home again.
