Southern Elegance Estate
Have it all! The Southern Elegance Estate is a beautiful historic 4 bedroom home and 1 bedroom carriage house located in the Savannah Historic District. It has it's own private courtyard with heated pool, outdoor fireplace and is close to renowned Forsyth Park. It has been professionally updated, designed and decorated and has everything you need to make your stay in Savannah one to remember. Not only do you have access to the private pool in the courtyard, but also to Southern Belle's private resort style heated pool on Tybee Island located at 19 Silver Ave just steps from the beach.

Spacious & Fabulous: The first floor of the main home includes two separate living areas: a lovely front parlor, as well as a sitting room in the back of the home with television. The formal dining room can seat 14 comfortably. And the well-equipped gourmet kitchen includes a butler's pantry, wine refrigerators, ice maker, two dishwashers, and more. There's also a lovely half bath on the first floor.

The second floor includes three bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has a historic mantle with non-working fireplace. The master bath includes a claw-footed tub and a separate oversized shower with two shower heads. There is also a porch off the master bath. The second bath includes a tub with shower. The third floor is its own suite – including a king-sized bed, living area, wet bar, and full bath.

The Carriage House has a living area, kitchen, bedroom, full bath and laundry.

In addition to the on site pool at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
