T2 of 51m² completely renovated, bright, with living room, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room and 1 separate WC.

In the heart of Saint-Quay-Portrieux, the rental can accommodate 2 people in a 51m² space completely renovated and offering a bright and friendly space for a pleasant holiday.

Ideally located, this luxury apartment offers all the comfort necessary for lovers of the sea in search of rest and who wish to abandon their vehicle during their stay. All amenities (grocery store, bakery, doctors, pharmacists, cinema, La Poste ...) are within a radius of less than 100m and the largest beach in quinque (Casino Beach) is within walking distance in 5 minutes. You can enjoy a moment of idleness on the fine sand or, for the more athletic, nautical activities offered by our seaside resort. From the apartment, you can also quickly reach the famous customs trail (GR 34) which runs along the Brittany coast and which notably allows you to reach the port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux with magnificent panoramic views of the bay of Saint Brieuc. .

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the owners Marion and Erwan, who occupy the terraced house for rental. Always present when needed while being as discreet as possible so as not to harm your peace of mind, they will guide you on your visits to the region or advise you on local restaurants not to be missed!

Contemporary in style, this 51 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house, without lift. It consists of a corridor, a living room, an equipped kitchen / dining room, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate WC.

• South facing bedroom with a large double bed 160cmx200cm with tilting heads and feet

• Shower room with shower, sink, heated towel rail, washing machine

• Internet access via WIFI (VDSL)

On arrival the bed will be made (sheets and duvets provided free of charge). We also provide tea towels and bathroom linen.

Our animal friends are not allowed and the rental is non-smoking.

Just perfect holiday

The apparment is as nice as it is seen on the pictures. The host is very friendly and kind. Near to the apartment are two good bakeries (one old fashioned, one new style but equally fresh and of good quality) for any daily needs. And it´s just a few minutes walk to the beach or the port. We enjoyed our stay for 14 days very much. We can recommend this apartment for any couple who wants to have a relaxed time in Brittany.

Eine kleine Oase an der Bretonischen Küste

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, sodass man vieles im Ort zu Fuß erledigen kann: Bäckerei, Post, Hafen, kleiner Supermarkt, Strand, … In der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu entdecken, was den Aufenthalt sehr abwechslungsreich macht. Die Gastgeberin hat auch einige Tipps und berät bei Fragen gerne. Die Wohnung selbst ist im zweiten Stock, sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kann sich hier zu Hause fühlen. Parkplätze ergibt es in der Straße und man findet meistens einen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wurden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Un super appartement

Une très belle semaine passée dans cet appartement spacieux, confortable et au calme. Pour autant toutes les commodités (y compris le cinéma) sont accessibles à pied. Et la région regorge de superbes balades à faire sur le sentier des douaniers. Le bus permet de rejoindre des points au nord ou au sud dont on peut revenir par la côte.

Vraiment Saint-Quay-Portrieux est vraiment à visiter, l'appartement se trouve au milieu de tout, on peut tout faire à pied, profiter des différentes plages et du GR 34 qui fait le tour des cotes bretonne. Je vous invite vraiment à prendre cet appartement qui est spacieux, décorer avec goût dont les propriétaires sont très accueillant, bref que du bonheur. Un grand merci.
