With multiple windows and bay windows, one glance is enough to embrace the view from the lighthouse to the sea, through the pine forest, in one of the most prestigious areas of Cap d'Antibes. A large living room of 50 m2 opens at the rear onto a terrace with a transparent wall, and at the front onto another terrace which plunges into a beautiful swimming pool (11 m x 4.5 m) under alarm.

Close to the Garoupe beaches (ten minutes on foot), not far from the famous Hôtel du Cap / Eden Roc, the villa is ideally located equidistant from the historic town of Antibes (Vauban ramparts, Picasso museum, museum Peynet, port Vauban ...) and Juan-les-Pins, a Mecca for nightlife.

Extremely bright, immersed in nature, the house has a 50 m2 living room with a huge picture window on the lighthouse side and a French window and windows on the south side, and 3 double bedrooms thus distributed: a large master suite with a 160 cm bed on a bathroom with bath + walk-in shower and wc, a large bedroom with a 140 bed and another 120, a bedroom (140 bed) with shower room and wc opening onto the garden. Separate guest toilet near the living room. New bedding.

The kitchen includes all the new equipment: American fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a central island where three people can sit on stools. Large garden of 1500 m2, with rear view of the lighthouse and partial view of the sea at the front. Rear garden terrace with table for 10 people and small lounge. Front terrace overlooking the swimming pool (11x4.5 m, exotic wooden beach), with round table and four armchairs.
