This large 4 bedroom villa in Nerja has two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with capacity for 8 guests. 



It is a spacious villa with a lovely private pool, set in a semi rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. Inside the property, there is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms. Outside, there is a pleasant garden area with sun beds and a barbecue plus parking for 2 cars and beautiful panoramic views from the villa of the mountains.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside:Large private swimming pool, patio furniture, fenced garden, barbecue, private parking area.Inside:Air conditioning in the bedrooms (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, hair dryer, balcony, TV with satellite channels cot and high chair.



The pool at this villa is a generous size and measures 9 meters x 5.5 meters. It has a depth of 1.2 meters at the shallow end and 1.9 meters at the deep end.



In the large kitchen the facilities include refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has two bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and wc and the other with bath and wc.



All prices include water, linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning. ** The property is also available to rent at special discounted rates during the period from October - May. A minimum stay of 28 nights is required to qualify for the discounted prices and these exclude electricity charges.**



Every bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.

Me and my grown up children and partners stayed for 10 days.Villa was spacious, clean, great air con and fantastic pool.It was close to Lidl for food supplies and there is a great local taxi service we used to go out and about.Fantastic holiday.

Great Villa!

We had a great stay in this villa with a lovely pool and fantastic views. Loads of space inside and out. Would need a car which we had. You could walk down to the town but a taxi back up would be needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Lovely little villa, not to far from town.

Lovely location, peaceful, amenities and Lidl supermarket close by. Pool is a good size. All rooms fully air-conditioned. Staff went over and above to sort out the few issues we had. Cabs into town were about 7 Euros. Not easy to walk into town.

The plan was to have a very quiet and peaceful holiday in a quiet environment but within easy reach of the beach and Restaurants. This villa gave us exactly this and on top had a lovely pool where we could cool off after being in the sun. The owner Jorge was absolutely superb. If we had any issues he was ready to act as he did when he installed British TV with 24 hours of our request.

This was a beautiful villa, with a lovely deep clean pool. Lots of Sunbeds . We loved the green grass and plenty of space for parking. The Villa was very spacious with a massive bathroom. Walking distance into town ca 20min, but bear in mind on the way back goes a bit uphill We feel that all appliances in the kitchen need updating… For example dishwasher only run on one program. (Hit and miss) Perhaps a couple more parasol’s for the other areas. All this has not stopped us of having a lovely - time - but we were only there for 7 days

Relaxing stay in Villa Jorge

The traditional villa was spacious inside and out. Lots of equipment in the kitchen to suit the amount of people staying. Air conditioning in each bedroom was welcomed! The communication with Spain Sun Rentals was easy and efficient and issues of outside lights not working was dealt with quickly, and directions into Nerja were given in detail. Regular pool maintenance from the owner, who was lovely and friendly. The location was great for us, a 10-15 minute downhill walk to Lidl/Aldi, and taxi back if lots of shopping. The walk into Nerja was again downhill and about 30 minutes, which was fine for us, and again a taxi back, the hill back to the villa is doable but not in the heat! Taxis were about €7 from Nerja to the villa. Overall great value for money, we had a lovely relaxing stay in Villa Jorge! An information pack in the villa would be useful, with taxi numbers, bus timetables, activities in the area. Also perhaps a map of how to get to Nerja. Communication was easy with Spain Sun Rentals who answered our questions on some of the above. A shower curtain in the largest bathroom would be good as the floor got very wet and slippery.

four week stay at Villa Jorge March 2023

The villa has a good layout in what would normally be a quiet area. Seating was comfortable. There are good views of Nerja and the surrounding mountains. Where we had problems, Maribel was very attentive and helpful in fixing them. Building works on the site adjacent to the villa were extremely loud and produced toxic dust. This blighted the first two weeks of our stay. The owner made a small gesture in compensation but this was inadequate. With little effort and cost, the villa could be made more comfortable and appealing, for example by improving the lounge lighting, providing better quality towels, providing better quality and better fitting bed sheets, providing more kitchen basics such as an oven glove and egg cups. In general an upgrade of kitchen utensils and crockery would make a significant improvement. The owner should reduce the duration and frequency of his visits. Three hours twice a week was very intrusive. Quite often there was an unpleasant smell in the two bathrooms and this needs attention. The water pressure for the shower in the small bathroom was far too low.

Fantastic holiday

This villa was ideal for us. In a lovely location for the local supermarket and Nerja. The Villa was quiet we didn’t hear anyone else. It was fully equipped in the kitchen and plenty of chairs and sunbeds. We would love to return again one day.

Spain Sun Rentals very helpful throughout. Location a little remote but overcome on public transport. Thoroughly enjoyed by all. A few bits of local information at the villa on local Busses, taxis, takeaway etc would help.

Ideal para ir en familia

Ideal para ir en familia. La piscina estaba muy bien. Cuatro habitaciones y dos baños, uno de ellos grande y otro pequeño. Todo en el mismo piso. La ubicación es a las afueras de Nerja, así que hay que utilizar siempre el coche. En general todo cómodo para pasar unos días.

The location of the villa you would definitely need a car, we hired taxis which is very easy and always reliable and super quick, you can walk into Nerja centre but it’s a long walk and not with little people, so factor in at least 16 Euro round. Maribel made us feel very welcome at Villa Isabel from the moment we arrived as well as being contactable and responsive in the run-up to our visit and during it. She provided all the information we needed about the Villa, the surrounding area, and directed us to some excellent local places to eat. The Villa is wonderful with well appointed, clean rooms and felt very homely. The pool was a real plus, particularly on the hotter days in Nerja after a day on the beach. The garden is great too - we enjoyed a delicious family barbecue one evening. Nerja is a charming town with something for everyone with the town close to the Villa and the national park accessible to the north. Property and Nerja very much recommended
