Ibiza Weekend

The property was beautiful. The ocean view is amazing and it was so close to the water. Quiet neighborhood and very scheduled on the country side of the island. Would recommend to anyone!

perfect stay in ibiza

really great villa. marciel & carlos were super communicative and accommodating. would recommend going to Cala Moli (3 mins drive away). only issue was that the aircon doesn't really work so be sure to ask for extra fans at the start.

Disappointing

Door handle hanging off, infested with ants, pool turned green after a few days and wasn't cleaned. 5 days before key to access communal pool was provided. Broken plant pots, broken chairs left out. For the money charged it was so poor and spoilt our holiday

This is the typical British that the 1st day when he arrived sent me a list of complaints as that he has to open the dustbin with his hand when it has a pedal that was out of place, in order o get a discount as he did not get it now he writes all these lies. The house is well keeped and nothing was broken before his stay, and customers ever has been satisfied with the house and the service.

Schönes Apartment alles genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr wohnlich und gemütlich. Muchas gracias Marcial dass wir noch länger im Apartment bleiben konnten und so nicht auf dem Flughafen lange warten mussten. Sehr zu empfehlen

La zona es perfecta, mucha amabilidad (nos dejaron entrar y salir a horas distintas a las programadas, contacto constante con el responsable, …), la piscina es un lujo después de pasar todo el día fuera… A mejorar: mantenimiento general de la casa (algunas luces no iban, el jacuzzi no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado no iba en todas las alas, …). Limpieza correcta pero mejorable. Faltaban pequeños detalles que suponíamos entraríam dentro del precio (no bajo precisamente): no había jabón de manos o lavavajillas, ni papel higiénico…). En resumen: buena experiencia pero con detalles a mejorar.

Excelente alojamiento con buena ubicación. Es un alojamiento fabuloso, muy cómodo, donde se pueden disfrutar maravillosas cenas disfrutando de la puesta de sol y agradables desayunos al fresco de la mañana. Lamentablemente la falta de limpieza del menaje de cocina, el fuerte olor a tabaco y la desidia en la limpieza de la piscina no me permiten valorar este alojamiento como me gustaría.

We stayed a week in the house. We enjoyed the comfort, the small pool, the communal pool, the two nearby beaches and sant josep. It was a very well equipped house with good security and nearby facilities. Ibiza is a beautiful island.

We went to Ibiza for holidays and we found this fantastic house in rent. We had a wonderful experience, the house is perfect. It has a very nice pool and a great view. While you are eating you can see the see. Other good aspect is that Cala Moli is very near of the house, so you can go walking to the beach. To sum up, it's a wonderful house and the owners are nice.

Great house

Very nice house in a quiet environment. The sea views form there are very nice. We have some of the best sunsets from the solarium The house is fully equipped. Very nice furnished with top quality design furnitures, above the ordinary in holiday homes, the house has a big living area and an exterior porch, where we spend much of the time. The pool area is perfect to have a rest. We will come back to this house, we recommend you the place if you like to spend a wonderful time in a house with all the privacy and all you need for a great holiday

Nettes Reihenhaus

Es handelt sich um ein nett eingerichtetes Reihenhaus in einer größeren Anlage in der bei FeWo einige Reihenhäuser angeboten werden. Die Anlage ist relativ gepflegt. Rund um die Anlage stehen Autowracks, eines direkt neben der Einfahrt, das ist wenig einladend! Das Haus links daneben steht leer und ist vergammelt. Die nette Einrichtung entsprecht exakt den Bildern! Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer einfachen, ausreichend aber steigerungsfähig eingerichteten Küche. Die beiden Schlaftrakte sind mit einem Dusch- und einem Wannenbad verbunden. Die Betten waren mir persönlich zu weich. Der Terrassenbereich ist schön und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ziemlich neu, recht klein aber wirklich sehr schön! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. KEIN WLAN und auch der TV funktionierte nicht! Es war ruhig, bis die Nachbarn auftauchten und bis nach zwei Uhr nachts laut diskutierten und Musik hörten! DAS ist der Nachteil eines Reihenhauses - gut, dass wir einen Tag später abreisten. Der Vermieter ist eher wortkarg, ebenso der Hausverwalter aber letztlich hat alles geklappt! Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Ich würde das Haus nicht mehr mieten wollen aber gleichwohl eine Empfehlung aussprechen! Belegung mit zwei Paaren ist absolut ok!
