The Master Bedroom is also on this top level with a large master bathroom including large soaking tub & stand up shower. There’s also a 1/2 bath on this level.

Just off the great room is a deck with electric BBQ and a cozy seating area with propane flame powered coffee table to take off the evening chill.

On the downstairs level is 2 more bedrooms: one bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV. The other bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin (single) bed. There’s also a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Washer & Dryer in the house.

The garage is available for storing equipment you may bring but the garage is not available for parking vehicles.

THIS HOUSE HAS STAIRS! There is a full flight of stairs on the exterior of the house that leads to the front door that’s covered by a roof. Once inside, there is a half flight of stairs to reach the top living area (kitchen / living / dining / master bedroom). From the front door, there’s also a half flight of stairs down to the bottom level where 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and a full bathroom are located. We do NOT provide safety gates for the stairs so please evaluate if this house is suitable for young children and those with mobility issues.

NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC:
We’re located in a quiet neighborhood and most of our neighbors are full time residents who don’t appreciate excessive noise. Basically, if the noise can be heard past our property line, it’s a problem, especially after 9pm.

GARAGE:
The garage is available for storage of your skis, snowboards and other toys. There’s also a ping pong table for your use that can be folded up or down.
