This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom/3 bathroom chalet is located directly in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN! Only 1/2 mile off of the main parkway at traffic light #1, this rental is in a prime location only a 10 minute drive from Dollywood theme park, a 5 minute drive from LeConte Convention Center and Cal Ripkin Experience Ball Fields. Also, only a 18 to 20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. This unit is located in the family oriented and quiet neighborhood community of Riverpointe Subdivision.
This cozy chalet comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 King bed, and 4 queen beds. The basement area contains a "hang-out" area with a television, extra seating, and a Pac-man and Galaga arcade game machine. The attached garage area houses a pool table and a ping pong table for extra entertainment. Enjoy a quiet relaxing stroll on the paved walking path by the creek just a few minutes walk from the unit. There are also two swings underneath the back deck area just for relaxing as well. There is also a covered pavilion within the community within a few minutes walk with picnic tables to enjoy a picnic lunch.

Had an amazing time. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Front, back deck was great and we really enjoyed the swings under the deck. Loved the play area and even the surprise nook upstairs for my little one. She loved making it “her own” would def stay here again!

Wedding

We rented this house so that way we could all go to my nephew’s wedding and it was my moms first time away from home in years and the place was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The owners are great to deal with and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice house to rent while in TN. It made my mom who never gets out feel comfortable and that was one of the goals that I was trying achieve and it did that. We really enjoyed our stay at this house.

Smoky Mt Jeep Invasion

3 couples that were in town for the Jeep Invasion. The house was very nice and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The extra space in the garage area was great for us to keep our Jeep tops and doors in. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled with 9. This home was great - spacious, clean and convenient location and Brad was very helpful. Loved the basement games. Plenty of towels too - which is great (and often unusual) when you have a large group. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect for our friendcation

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect for a family vacation. We had 9 people and had plenty of room. The basement game room was perfect for the kids to play in while the adults enjoyed conversation upstairs. We were close to all the major attraction, but far enough that it was quiet and peaceful. Brad and Kindra were wonderful hosts and communicated with us during the entire process. I highly recommend this property and the Haymons for your next vacation rental!

Quiet, tucked away house, close to the action!

We were very blessed with our stay at this home in Pigeon Forge. We had plenty of space for six of us, and we were very comfortable here in this quiet neighborhood. We loved that we were only about four minutes away from the main drag, but you could not tell from the quiet location. We also loved the pool table, ping pong table, baggo set and video games! Thanks for sharing this home with us

Great Space, Great Communication, Wonderfully-Located

Seriously, this space is a short jaunt from the Parkway, just a few minutes from the Island, Dollywood, and a number of other attractions--stellar location. And the space met our needs brilliantly, where we had communal spaces but also areas where we could have a break from each other when needed.
