~QUEEN CONCH ~ Amazing location with pool and room for family and friends!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy your stay in the tropics at the highly touted "Queen Conch" complex, which includes 3 separate rentable units: Horse Conch, Rooster Conch, and Sea Conch. You can rent each unit individually, but by renting “Queen Conch” you will enjoy all 3 units and ultimate privacy during your Key West vacation.

Horse Conch is located on the second floor, overlooks the pool, and shares a balcony with Rooster Conch. The unit includes one king bedroom (no TV in the bedroom), closet and dresser storage, as well as an ensuite bath with pedestal sink and walk in shower. The open concept living area includes plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table seating for four.
Rooster Conch is also located on the second floor, overlooks the pool, and shares a balcony with Horse Conch. The unit includes one king bedroom with a TV, closet, and dresser storage, as well as an ensuite bath with pedestal sink and walk in shower. The open concept living area includes plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table seating for four.

Sea Conch is the larger first-floor unit where you can enjoy people watching on the charming front porch. The home includes one king and one queen bedroom with ensuite baths, pedestal sinks and large walk-in showers. The open concept living area is spacious and includes a flat screen TV, plenty of seating and easy access to the pool area. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets is fully equipped for the chef in your family. Enjoy meals al fresco via a wall of French doors or in the home’s spacious dining area with table seating for eight. Sea Conch provides you with a wonderful place to entertain during your stay in paradise.

Additional details may be found in each of the rental’s individual property descriptions, however, all units that make up Queen Conch are flooded with natural light and contain cheerful Key West Décor. Enjoyable open concept living is provided in each unit complete with pops of color, flat screen TVs, hardwood floors, and plenty of seating. White kitchens with stainless steel appliances make meal prep a breeze. French doors open onto the covered balcony or decks, allowing you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. A gas grill is provided for cooking up your catch of the day or burgers for the kiddos. The outdoor pool area is secluded and lushly landscaped for a truly tropical experience. Don’t delay, come out of your ‘shell’, and rent the stunning Queen Conch today!

BED CONFIGURATION: By renting Queen Conch, you will enjoy a combined total of four bedrooms, four baths and three pull out sofas that provide sleeping spaces for 14. Sea Conch has one king and one queen bedroom. Rooster Conch and Horse Conch each have one king bedroom.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The complex boasts lush tropical landscaping and palm trees. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. The pool area is adorned with a dining table, umbrellas, and loungers. A gas grill allows you to cook your catch of the day or a great burger! A washer/dryer is in a shed on the left side of the home near the pool.

PARKING: Queen Conch offers 1 designated off street parking spot for 1 vehicle.

LOCATION: Many Key West attractions are located nearby, as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The neighborhood boasts historic conch-style homes. Enjoy café con leche down the street at Cuban Coffee Queen or lunch at 5 Brothers Sandwich Shop. Walk to dinner at Blue Heaven, Caroline’s Cafe, or Sloppy Joe's. You will have many choices located within a 10-minute walk!

Amazing Experience

Brought friends and family for my 50th! Location was perfect, quick access to all of the activities. The house was so clean and inviting. Plenty of space and the pool area was fun. Highly recommend for small group or large.

The property was very nice and clean! The location was ideal and room for a car or 2 golf carts! The property managers are really good and fixed any issues we had! I would recommend upgrading the beds as they are in need!

Private Oasis in Key West

This home is AMAZING. Amazing. It houses my bachelorette party with 13 girls extremely well, but the backyard is the best part. Extremely private, huge, great sized pool, we were out there every free second we got. Seriously, you are in your own world back there, then you walk a block and you are in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Duval St. Amazing, amazing, amazing vacation home. 10/10 recommend!!

August 2020 Stay

Absolutely amazing! There were 12 of us in our group but the house could have comfortably slept 14. Location is perfect, just a short walk from Duval St. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was probably our favorite part. There are lots of trees and plants surrounding the pool so it gives you a lot of privacy. I would definitely stay here again! The staff at Historic Key West Vacation Rentals was so helpful and attentive starting the first day after booking and continuing through the last day of the trip. Such a wonderful experience!

Great house for a group of friends to get away......

The property was perfection. It was updated and spotless. The pool was amazing. This is a great property if you have large group. 10-12 people. There are 3 separate living areas so there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is great. Easy walk everywhere but still a block or two off Duval which kept it quiet. We would definitely return. Cindy and Susan made our experience with check-in and check-out so simple. Thank you!

We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and evening swims in the backyard. The kids had a blast playing games outside while we relaxed and took in the serene surroundings.Overall, this rental was perfect for creating cherished family memories. We can't wait to return!
