In need of renovation

Very friendly landlord, but house has a very low standard. Quality of electricity poor, interior old and smelly. Especially bedrooms lacked cleanliness with muffy scent which was hard to bear (we bought textile spray to treat curtins and mattresses). Too expensive for what we‘ve got.

Hemos tomado buena nota respecto a los olores (eras unas bolas de naftalinas de uno de los altillos de una habitación que hemos quitado). También hemos limpiado cortinas, colchones, sustituido alguna ropa de cama y cambiado cosas del jardín entre otras cosas. Sobre el tema eléctrico, fue una tontería por que lo único que pasó es que debisteis utilizar varios aparatos y fuegos a la vez y saltó el plomo general. Al volverlo a subir, no se debió subir del todo por que seguía sin funcionar la electricidad. Pero volvimos a apagarlo y subirlo del todo y funcionó (única vez que me ha pasado en los años que alquilo). En cualquier caso, gracias por tu feedback. Intentaremos mejorar y que no vuelvan a pasar estas cosas este verano. Gracias y un saludo

Very nice, but needs some renovations

Herwann is a very nice host, the location and the layout of the house are great. Unfortunately, a few things are getting on in years and need a refurbishment. and the cleanliness was also a bit lacking, we found stains on the bedding and blankets. Also the lanai was basically unusable as it was completely filthy. This was a great pity, as the location and layout of the accommodation are perfect. and: there were obviously mothballs in the bedrooms and wardrobes which gave off a really unpleasant smell. Maybe use something less intrusive? But all in all a nice place to stay - just needs a bit more maintenance. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

No reception, house was dirty en the furniture is worn.

Overall impression is not good. Kitchen very dirty, furniture incomplete, not functioning and worn. When we arrived, there was no receipt, no information about the key. After calling the owner, he told us where we could find the key. The cleaning lafy appeared after we complained about the dirt and the smell in the house. The owned apologized, but after that, we did not hear from him again.. we do not recommend this house. Lication however, is very good. Better stay in another house,.

Retomando el tema de los alquileres de cara al verano que viene, acabo de ver que no contesté a tu comentario. Lamentamos este pequeño incidente. La chica de la limpieza, con la que nunca hemos tenido un problema de este tipo en los años que llevamos alquilando la vivienda, hizo una parte de la limpieza por la mañana y trajo una parte de la ropa de cama que había llevado a lavar, secar y planchar. Tuvo que interrumpirlo todo por un imprevisto familiar y cuando volvió a terminar su trabajo y a traeros el resto de ropa de cama planchada, ya habíais llegado. Normalmente se ocupa de la limpieza, la ropa de cama y la recepción de los inquilinos. Sobre este ultimo punto, deciros también que hay veces que cuando algunos inquilinos llegan más tarde de lo indicado en la plataforma, dejamos las llaves justo en la entrada y hasta ahora no hemos tenido ninguna queja sobre este punto. Nuestra chica de la limpieza, con la que seguimos trabajando, se disculpó con nosotros por no avisarnos inmediatamente. Pero entiendo tu enfado. Procuraremos mejorar estas situaciones imprevistas de cara al futuro. Disculpas y un saludo

Wunderschöne Location

San Vicente liegt spektakulär zwischen wasserflächen und ist eine Reise wert, einzig das Wetter kann wechselhaft sein. Darum ist ja auch alles so schön grün... Wir hatten Glück und es war nur öfter bedeckt aber auch sonnig. Das Haus ist wunderschön, auch von der Einrichtung und vom Garten her. Nichbeanstanden

Te agradezco. tu feedback Lamentamos que el horno no funcionara (hemos puesto uno nuevo) y que tuvierais problemas al llegar con la caldera y el agua caliente. Probablemente fue que la casa llevaba algunos meses sin utilizarse y como nunca tuvimos un problema pensamos que se encendería al minuto. Ya está solucionado también. En cualquier caso, gracias por tu feedback. Intentamos mejorar año a año y que no vuelvan a pasar estos incidentes. Gracias y un saludo

Bon séjour

Globalement, la propriété est bien, dans un quartier assez tranquille en hauteur de San Vicente de la Barquera et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Toutefois, la propriété a qqs défauts qui rendent le séjour un peu moins bon. J'en cite certains ci-dessous pour que ces points soient améliorés ci-possible. Pour le reste que je ne cite pas, c'est que la location était très bien. Ci-dessous qqs défauts : - L'annonce Abritel signale qu'il y a un garage alors que ce n'est pas le cas : il faut se garer dans la rue - A notre arrivée, le propriétaire liste des choses qui ne marchent pas : un des 2 toilettes ne marche pas, certaines fenêtres ou stores ne peuvent être ouvertes ou utilisées, il y a un problème d'eau chaude si on utilise les robinets en même temps que la douche. Ce serait bien que ces réparations soient faites, pour un meilleur confort Ceci étant, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une bonne semaine de vacances.

Unas vistas estupendas

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en este alojamiento, el entorno es precioso, con vistas al mar desde todas las ventanas. Ligeramente retirado del pueblo, así que es particularmente tranquilo. Hemos agradecido mucho la cantidad de espacio para aparcar en la urbanización. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y una limpieza impecable. ¡Recomendado!

Un alojamiento con buenas vistas y amplio. Unas vacaciones estupendas. Aunque está separado del centro se puede llegar perfectamente hablando y evitar así los problemas de aparcamiento

Casa en S. Vicente

El dúplex está muy bien, con todo lo necesario, sobretodo en la cocina. Muy tranquilo, lo único que hay que utilizar el coche para todo, pero merece la pena. Está muy bien para visitar tanto Asturias como Cantabria. Yo cambiaría los sofás, que aunque no los hemos utilizado mucho, son un tanto incómodos.

Una situación privilegiada

Una casa muy cómoda, muy limpia y en un sitio fantástico, con unas vistas espectaculares sobre el mar, junto al faro. El propietario muy amable pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera buena. Cuando volvamos a la zona no lo dudaremos.
