Tolle Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Ostküste

Sehr gute Lage. Ort war fußläufig zu erreichen. die gesamte Infrastruktur konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Ausgangspunkt für die Strände an der Ostküste und dem Hinterland. Lief alles sehr gut. Kommunikation lief gut. Kann jederzeit empfohlen werden.

Cala Gonone is a place for activ tourists. The coast is rough, the mountains are steep, the beaches.

The apartment is located close to the center. There are some little supermarquets nearby. The apartment is moderate furnished with plenty of space. We enyoyed the covered balcony. There is a small kitchen with most you need. You can get w-lan but only at the open window in the bathroom. What we felt really disturbed was the nois from the upper neighbours. The house is built badly, so you can hear everything from the sealing. This apartment is not suitable for guests who need silence during sleeping!

Great little place.

Stayed in this apartment in the second week of July 2018. We found that it is well located, not too far from the sea. You can walk down to sea in about 10 minutes. Way up can be bit of a challenge as it is uphill. On arrival, our flight got delayed and Christian was waiting for us and was very helpful in explaining things and showed us all the facilities available in the apartment. Earlier as well he responded quickly to all my querries. There are 2 air conditioners, one is each of the 2 rooms which was welcome when the temperature outside was reaching 34 degree C. Bathroom has a nice shower with warm water. A supermarket is just next door which was very handy. As mentioned earlier in the reviews as well, there are not enough utensils. There is just a hob in kitchen n no oven or microwave, no kettle, no toaster, just three pans, few plates n glasses etc. It could do with few more of these. Another thing which caused me a problem was that they only accept bank transfers which was difficult from UK. But overall we had a very good time there and enjored the place and all the help from Chritian.

Cala Gonone is a beautiful spot to take a break.

The clean and simple apartment was close to amenities. It would be useful for an adapter to be available easily as the standard European two pin plug adapter didn't fit. I did find one on the washing machine on the last day, however and so all was not lost! Lots of space and room and the balcony was wonderful to have a glass of wine in the evening and eat.

Das Appartement entsprach unseren Erwartungen in allen Belangen - gemütlich im sardischen Stil, sehr sauber und alles was es für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal - kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, Strand oder Restaurants.

L'appartement est agréable, en très bon état et très propre. Cependant quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient appréciables. La grande loggia est un plus et nous avons apprécié la climatisation qui fonctionne très bien alors qu'il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est relativement bien placé.

L appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos du site.l immeuble compte plusieurs appartements qui ont tous semblé t il le même mobilier. la salle à manger cuisine était très sombre, l ampoule est nue sur les murs.la télé n était pas raccordée. Une des 2 clim ne fonctionnait pas (fuite deau).le rideau de douche en plastique arrivait à 30 cm du sol,donc inondation à chaque douche.bref une impression de glauque,contrairement aux photos. Points positifs *l appartement etait cependant propre et très bien placé (10mn d une superbe plage)

Einfache Ferienwohnung

Freundliche Vermieter, Ferienwohnung ist sauber, jedoch einfachste Ausstattung, v.a. in der Küche , z.B. kein Besen vorhanden, nur ein Küchenhandtuch, Sofabett instabil. Unser Aufenthalt war gut, Lage ist prima, aber man darf wirklich keine hohen Ansprüche stellen.

disappointing

First of all when we arrived nobody was there to welcome us. We had to call the contact person and had to wait for about an hour for her arrival. We came with 4 persons - as announced - but the apartment was prepared for only 2 persons. So there wasn't bedding for the sleeping couch. We informed the owner at about 4 pm and he promised us to fix it but nobody showed up. Finally after several contacts with him somebody came at 22:30 with the bedding... The apartment is pretty 'empty'. Completely nothing on the walls. Feels not very cosy.... Thers is just a table with chairs and a sleeping couch. The kitchen is poorly equipped, just plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and a couple of pans. No kettle for tea, no coffee machine, no toaster. Not even a bottle opener. No detergent, no sponge. There was just a very very dirty kitchen towel! And when we used the washing machine it didn't spin at the end so we had to wring out the laundry by hand... The apartment is close to a small supermarket. The supermarket activities started every morning (even on sunday) at about 6:30 with heavy engine noise, so sleeping wasn't possible after 6:30 without earplugs. The way to the (real) beach is very steep through the village and takes about 15 minutes (it's NOT 300 meters, it's about 1500 meters) So... it was just with one word disappointing. We didn't get the feeling that the owner is interested in his apartment or his guests...

L'appartamento ha avuto un problema idrico, purtroppo "non è certo dipeso dalla nostra volontà" si è rotto un tubo di adduzione dell'acqua e si è dovuti intervenire con operai per risolvere il problema. Nel giro di una settimana e lavorando con mille difficoltà, la casa si trova in un villaggio turistico con parecchi ospiti che essendo in vacanza non gradiscono il via vai e i rumori degli operai stessi, il problema è stato risolto ed il cliente e potuto rientrare nell'appartamento prenotato. Dal 21-lug al 28-lug le è stata trovata una soluzione alternativa, un appartamento mansardato, nello stesso complesso di quello prenotato, al piano secondo con una bellissima vista mare (con aria condizionata, lavatrice, TV ed asciugacapelli), certo non quello prenotato ma almeno una soluzione decente per non lasciare gli ospiti senza casa, comunque al superamento del problema, sono stati accompagnati nell'appartamento prenotato. Durante il soggiorno, non abbiamo ricevuto da parte loro alcuna lamentela, altrimenti avremmo fatto di tutto, come sempre, per soddisfare le eventuali necessità o problemi, nati durante la vacanza.
