Magnificent villa of the builder "GAUME" 1960s on plot of 1200 m2.

Ideally located near the beach HAÏTZA (500m), local shops and restaurants and bars (the co (o) rniche, ha (a) ïtza, the balap, the suite, etche ona, etc ...).

The villa consists of a lounge / living room of + 50m2, a kitchen (storage, fridge / freezer, plate, oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary appliances.)
2 toilets, 2 shower rooms (shower / sink), 4 equipped bedrooms.

CH2: 2/3 single beds
CH3: double bed 160
CH4: "dormitory children / teens" 3 single beds + sofa bed 2 places.
(Sofa bed in the living room if needed)

The landscaped garden of local species (arbutus, mimosa, etc ...) includes an outdoor lounge at the front of the house and a table 12 covered at the back.
Barbecue and plancha 4 fires.
The parking can accommodate 4 to 5 cars.

9mx4m heated swimming pool with shutter, large wooden terrace, bar (with ice machine, plancha and fridge), outdoor shower, lounge, ottoman and parasol.
Ideal places for the end of the day with friends ...

4 tennis courts are just in front of the house, bike path to Arcachon in front of the house.
Pyla dune at 600m.
The beach is on foot at 500m.
The village of Moulleau 4km.

Les plus : contact téléphonique et accueil sur place sympathiques ; la piscine est achevée et suffisamment chauffée pour se baigner en avril par temps moyen; le jardin et la piscine sont bien isolés des voisins. Le moins : la distance de 300m pour la plage est optimiste.

Super vacances dans cette location

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans cette location, qui est tres bien situee, moderne, confortable et fonctionnelle pour accueillir 12 personnes avec de nombreux enfants et gerer les retours de plage. Les plus : un espace interieur spacieux et bien equipe (2 super salles de bain et cuisine americaine notamment), une terrasse a l'arriere pour les repas et une autre devant pour salon d'ete, un jardin agreable, une belle plage pas trop encombree a 5 mn, la dune du pyla a 10 mn, cafes restaurants a proximite... Bref nous recommandons cette location.
