A large two story house (approx 4,000 sq ft) with 4 bedrooms (the 5th is connected to the main suite with sofabed for one person), 4 full bathrooms, a very large living room / dining room with fireplace, an enormous kitchen, a big entrance with wordrobe, chairs, desk, plus fireplace, a separate laundry room and external cellar.

There is a beautiful English style lawn in front of the house as well as approx 7 acres of property and the swimmingpool with deck.

An elegant, tasteful recently restored farmhouse situated in the Langhe area of south Piedmont between the winemaking center of Canelli and the ancient Roman spa town of Acqui Terme.

The large farmhouse is set in an elevated position among the beautiful wine hills of the Langhe, near the medieval village of Montabone (walking distance).

The house has breathtaking views of surrounding valleys and vineyards and the area is renowned for its superb wines as well as its restaurants serving excellent local Piemontese cuisine, including the elusive white truffle which may also be found on the property.

This beautiful farmhouse has recently been restored to the highest standards with handmade cotto tile floors, restoration of the original stone walls and beautiful bathrooms.

The master suite is particularly suggestive with 20 foot ceilings and a full ensuite bathroom (with double sinks, double shower and a big round tub) plus the private living room with a sofabed for one extra guest (5th bedroom).

The purple room has a queen size bed plus two singles and one sofabed. (And its bathroom in front in the corridor with tub and shower)

The studio has a sofabed with queen size bed (can use the bathroom in the corridor with purple room or the bathroom just down the stairs- with shower)

The second master bedroom has an antique king size bed plus two single sofabeds (and ensuite bathroom with shower).
