We loved the Cottage

The Cottage was perfect for our 5-day stay in Sarasota. Short drives to the beach and close enough to other attractions to be easy to get to. Quiet and comfortable. A little quirky, but fun. Our only minor gripe is that the mattress is soft for our tastes, but that’s just us. The owner was great. Quick responses to questions. Easy in and out. Highly recommended!

Perfect Place in Great Location

We loved the quaint cottage! Perfect for two people. We could easily bike to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and around the neighborhood. The hostess was available and friendly. We would definitely stay at the cottage again!

I fell in love with this property and little wooden house two years ago and it has become a hobby. I couldn’t wait to remodel it and bring it back to It’s original condition from 1926 when it was first built. It reminded me of a little cottage in the Caribbean. From the roof, to the siding, floors and furnishings. Every detail I have been involved with, and for your comfort I have selected the most comfortable pillow top mattress and bedding. I have added every item you can think of to make it a comfortable cozy and convenient home away from home. It is truly my pleasure to present it to you and for your enjoyment. I live on site in a nearby Bungalo so I’m available to assist you at any time. Enjoy your stay.
