Lido/St. Armands, Sarasota-Walk to Beach & St. Armands, Private cottage w/grill!

Lido Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, not only in Florida, but in the United States. The beach has soft, silky white sand. The world famous sunsets off the shores of Lido Beach draw not only our visitors but local residents as well .. all there to soak in one of nature's most spectacular performances!! The view is so surreal that it’s not uncommon to see people clap their hands in the joy they receive from this experience. All of this is just a short stroll from the cottage which has incredible internet, with 457 mbps download and 28 mbps upload. There is also a brand five burner gas grill with cooktop outside!!

This beautiful beach cottage, nestled on a little piece of paradise, is just a stones throw from Lido Beach. A fresh & friendly place to relax, unwind and enjoy your private, lush surroundings.

Public beach or public pool access to the left and down Grant Street, one block away – the pool price is $2/seniors/youth; $4 for everyone else. Walk just a few steps from the pool to swim in the ocean if you are so inclined. There's a snack bar, a small store with ice cream, and picnic tables, outdoor showers, bathrooms and live music at times!

This charming cottage has crown moldings, and ceiling fans. The cooking area has been outfitted with brand cherry cabinets and topped with an exotic piece of granite.
A GE convection microwave and induction cooktop allow you to prepare meals. Your own huge grill with an extra cooktop for boiling corn, etc. In addition to the coffee maker (Keurig and full-pot brew) and toaster and toaster oven, there is also an outside propane barbecue for your use. All living room furniture has been recently purchased including the flat screen LCD Smart television. Cable TV/ HBO and wireless internet are available for your enjoyment.

The Queen sized bed, with its comfortable mattress and quality pillows will afford you a peaceful nights sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a great day. The bathroom, with decorator porcelain tiles throughout has been outfitted with Kohler fixtures. A forceful shower with seemingly endless supplies of hot water will support one shower after another. Bath towels and bed linens are provided for your use.

Your front deck, fully fenced and private, is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with a newspaper or an evening beverage with good company and personal conversation. Our home is smoke free, please refrain from smoking inside the unit.

The Studio accommodates 2 guests and features a comfortable queen bed, private bath, large, flat screen TV & internet access, and small kitchenette (does not have oven/stove/freezer). The studio has its own private exterior entrance.

The walk to the beach is one block away!!! Approx 3 minute walk, 0.2 miles. Walk to St. Armands is approx 7 minutes, 0.4 miles!!
