Perfect 2min walk to canyon lodge. With small kids, the short walk was perfect. It has all the amenities except the place needs a new water kettle. Otherwise, this place will be on our return list.

Good location but lacking working amenities
The location of the condo is great, it’s a 3 minute walk to canyon lodge, that’s why we booked. The inside is slightly dated but good enough for a ski trip. The washer and dryer did not work for our stay and many of the outlets also did not work. They did not refund me any money to compensate for lack of washer and dryer. Disappointed in the customer service.

Great Location
Just a dad and two boys, 13 and 11 with pretty reasonable expectations. Excellent location in the Courchevel condos which are a great place to stay with awesome neighbors. Lower level are garages FYI so you will be up a flight of stairs. We were there on a holiday weekend which made our nightly rate more expensive so I am considering that in this review. Easy check in and out, Vacasa is relatively easy to deal with but of course you are not dealing with an owner and there is no feeling of ownership at the condo... pretty sterile, not good or bad but it's more like staying in a motel room vs. someones special spot. I think that is very intentional.
Pros-
Clean bathrooms, heat works, super hot water which I like, comfortable beds and rooms and all around pretty comfy place in a really great location. Has some basic necessities (sugar, salt and pepper, filters, soap and shampoo+conditioner etc..) but expect an empty fridge.
Cons-
Lamp lightbulbs out, the toaster caught on fire and smoked us out due to food not being cleaned out inside, same thing happened with the oven. Pots, pans, mixing bowls, potholders and some of the dishes needed to be cleaned of crusty food and oily residue before using. More or less speaks to a condo that people stay in but are not going out of their way to leave it super nice for the next guests and the attention of the cleaning crew might need to be guided a little bit more. I am the type of person who doesn't care if the toilet paper ends and hand towels are folded in a fancy way but I do care about clean dishes and things working.
I would definitely stay there again but would consider my nightly rate before doing so.

The kitchen is supplied with standard pots and pans and cookware, as well as everything listed in the Kitchen section of the amenities on the home’s listing page designed so that you should be able to cook the most basic meals at the home.
