Charming penty near Tromel beach, in the heart of the Crozon peninsula

Holidays in peace and close to the ocean assured in this charming penty located in the middle of the classified village of Tromel, inside the marine park of Iroise, on the commune of Crozon.
This kind of open village, with common areas used for example threshing areas, is typical of the Crozon peninsula and is part of the charm of this atypical territory in western Finistère.
These hamlets are characteristic of the fishing / farming lifestyle of the Crozon Peninsula, and of its habitat built to withstand time and elements.
Ideally located in the valley, the house is facing south.
You can reach Tromel Beach in 15 minutes at the end of the path.
This wild cove is very little used, even in summer.
It is one of the preserved places of the peninsula, a cove between the tip of Dinan and the beaches further south.
It is a wild and accessible place, with unspoiled beauty, facing West facing the Atlantic Ocean.

You are also a 10-minute drive from Morgat Harbor and La Palue Surf Beach and a 20-minute drive from Pen Hir Climbing Site; and for paragliding lovers, a 30-minute drive from Menez-Hom.

The house is rented for 4 nights minimum,
and the months of July and August, rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, for 7 nights minimum.

On the ground floor,
you have direct access to a large living room: living room with library, open kitchen dining room.
A spacious shower room with French window to the outside.
A terrace.
A small garden overlooking the house, facing south.

On the floor, in the former attic,
a landing with large closet serving 2 bedrooms,
the first with 1 double bed and the second with 2 single beds.
The house is equipped with:
TV, washing machine, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, storage and all the equipment for baby (high chair, bath and cot).
The linen is provided.
Parking for a vehicle.

In addition to the rental will be charged the charges detailed below:
Water: 2. 5 Euros / m3
-Electricity: 0. 14 € / kW
-Final cleaning: 65 Euros (mandatory).

Un petit paradis de campagne
La maison est superbe, nous nous y sommes senti.es comme chez nous. Le petit jardin est fort agréable. Le calme, la côte fantastique a 10 minutes à pied. Idéal pour découvrir la presqu'île (Randos depuis la maison ou à quelques kilomètres)... Quelques jours de bonheur... Si nous aurions une maison de campagne et bien elle serait juste comme la maison de Tromel.

Jolie Pen Ty bien équipé , les voisins résidents sont tous sympathiques
Très bon séjour au calme le Pen Ty est très bien équipé , beaucoup de balade a faire , les restaurants et autres commerces sont très abordables et pas de parking payant !
