Sand Cay resort is open using the industries best practices and guidelines to ensure that all CDC sanitizing guidelines are carried out completely. Moving forward we will use only a EPA-registered product, qualified for use against against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
. We are centrally located on beautiful Longboat Key, next to the new Zota hotel with it's great restaurants and bars. Our resort has an immaculate white sandy beach, heated pool, shuffleboard, basketball and full tennis/pickle ball court. We have a free laundry room next to the pool, a large barbecue area and an elevator. Our remodeled unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room with a 52 inch smart HDTV, HDTV in each bedroom and a dining room that seats six. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The private balcony has seating for four with views of the garden, pool and Gulf.

OMG-Amazing!!

Such a beautiful home, super friendly atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach and pool. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t have any back pain! Couldn’t be any better.

Excellent Stay

We had an incredible stay Kim’s condo in Longboat Key. The condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious and provided a fantastic view of the pool area and Gulf of Mexico. We will definitely be back!

Easy, Accessible, Relaxing

The reservation process was easy, the owner was very friendly and helpful (even with a last-minute extension request), and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. In fact, the entire Sand Cay complex was very welcoming. The proximity to the beach is tough to beat, as was the ability to play pickleball, free use of washers and dryers (common area), and all-around relaxing atmosphere.

Great vacation

This was a very nice 2 bedroom unit on the beach. The unit had a well equipped kitchen and the living area was spacious. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas. We were right beside the pool and a short walk to the beach.

The condo was Amazing! Very comfortable! Clean! Big! We enjoyed our stay here! We would Love to go back! Kim was Super Kind and Helpful to us. We were supposed to go down last November but due to the hurricanes we couldn’t. Kim helped us change our vacation date to the following year. She is Soooo Kimd!!! I would go here again in a Heartbeat! We have even talked about when we can go back already!

Get girls getaway

Property overall including unit itself was clean and in good condition. Be prepared to walk quite a bit to get luggage cart to the ramp, as the ramp is on the back end of the units, not near the front units. A great time was had and we were pleased with the location and stay.

Great Condo!

Clean, updated condo in a great location. The furniture and beds were comfortable and seemingly new. The deck had a great view of the property and the beach in the distance. We really enjoyed the private beach and pool - both were relatively quiet with plenty of chairs for guests. Kim was a responsive and gracious host. Highly recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay and had beautiful weather ! Luckily we had no next door neighbors until the last day since the balcony is conjoined. Nicely appointed. The twin bedroom is more suited for children than adults.

Great beach get away

Loved being close to the beach. Plenty of chairs on beach to relax on. Enjoyed playing pickleball, shuffleboard, and swimming also. The condo was well furnished. Everything we needed to fix breakfast and dinner. There were 6 beach towels and beach toys provided. I would definitely go here again.

Just Beautiful!!

Sand Cay 310 is a wonderful, well equipped and spacious condo with a beautiful view! Beach locaton is excellent and within short driving distance to Publix and many restaurants! I highly recommend Smoqe House, Cha Cha Coconuts, Hurricanes Hanks, Rico's Pizza, Rod and Reel just to name a few. Love Florida and highly recommend Sand Cay 310!

Sandy Cay Stay

Kim's apartment was clean and cozy. Kim responded quickly to our inquiry and readily accommodated our request to come a day earlier. The on site property management office was responsive as well. The living space is comfortable but the bathrooms are quite small. We enjoyed our stay despite the cold weather.

Wonderful!

The office personnel were wonderful and accommodating. Our condo was as beautiful as the photos and the view from the lanai was stunning. The gulf View was breathtaking. The Sandy Cay is close to all the shopping, restaurants and a lot more. It had everything you could want and need. The restaurants were good but we really enjoyed going to the Beach House, the food is amazing and the cocktail drinks from the bar were incredible. I highly recommend the Sandy Cay!

Wonderful location

The condo was well decorated and clean. We were on the 3rd floor so we could see the pool, tennis court, and the gulf! The only issue was no working TV in the 2nd bedroom and the bed is so close to the closet that it made it impossible to use. I used the single bed as the closet which worked out fine. We are booked for February!

Late August weekend stay

We were able to get to the beach for a weekend getaway which was wonderful. The only issues we noticed was the condo was clean but the floors could have been swept better- found chips/pretzels under the chair in the living room and some dusting of dresser/electronics would also be nice. Just a thought to mention to cleaning service. Thanks for letting us use your condo!

Beautiful Get Away

This condo was most spacious for two over 75 couples. The elevator made access easy for this very quiet third floor condo. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Beds fresh, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were small but very clean and well lighted. Even though we did not cook the kitchen had all we might need. Only suggestion would be for brighter dining room light for old people playing Dominoes. Overall A+
