3BD/2BA Waterfront with Deep Water Canal and POOL
Waterfront home was remodeled in 2017; Kitchen remodeled with solid wood honey maple cabinets and Silestone (Granite) countertops. Pecan cherry hardwood floors and tiles throughout both bathrooms and the kitchen. Living room and two bedrooms (including master) looks out over a large pool and canal. It is such a beautiful home on a canal. The pool is a sports pool that runs the length of the home. It is very relaxing.
Bring your Boat! House has a dock that will fit up to a 30' boat and trailer storage on the side of the house. There is a private boat ramp 800' away from the house. There is also a fish cleaning station, 350lb per day ice machine, a large deep freezer, and a grill. There is nothing better than coming home from a day on the water and jumping into the refreshing pool or swinging in one of the hammocks hanging in the shade.
