The property is located just 2 blocks away from Pensacola Bay in a little place called Sanders Beach. Downtown Pensacola is just a 1/4 mile away and it's just a 10-minute drive over the Pensacola Bay Bridge to get to Pensacola Beach and its legendary white snd beaches!!!
