Why they chose this property

It is extremely inexpensive for what it is - perhaps the only truly original mansion in San Telmo. Heated pool and sauna on large patio with a bar and a huge Argentine barbecue.. Designed by Francisco Boero in 1919 it is an aesthetic experience to be in this house. It is near everything and we make everything available. It is filled with art and antiques. And we have the space to sleep large groups, and host events of every description. Famous for feature films and photo shoots by top fashion magazines. We are friendly to everyone who wants to have a great time and understands that water pressure and air-conditioning are not what the house is about.
