The property also has exclusive private parking and a private space for bicycles.

- Dining room and living room with double sofa bed (140cm).
- Independent toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine.

On the 11th floor, staircase leading to the landing with:
- 1 street side bedroom with two single beds (90cm)
- 1 sea-side bedroom with a double bed (140cm)
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

On the 2nd floor, staircase leading to an attic room with beautiful sea view, 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 single bed (120cm).

Deposit: 450 €.
Tourist tax to be paid on site
Expenses: included from May to September, in addition outside this period according to consumption
Just 1 small pet accepted (on request): supplement of 25 €
Final cleaning on request: 70€
Possibility to rent sheets on request: 12 €/single bed, 15 €/double bed
Towels are not provided.
