The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., It has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2m. and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a bed of 1.50 by 2m, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only can you see the sea but also listen to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi fridge, four-burner induction hob, microwave and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, roasting iron and kitchenware. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer for a small fee.
The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and one for children with all security systems, also has toilets in the pool.
On the other hand the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bath water (between 18 degrees of the winter months and 22 of the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year.
The sports offer of Gran Canaria is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, lacking extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle tennis, sailing, windsurfing ...)
And for nature lovers, the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world, making it deserving of the qualification of “miniature continent”.

Gran Canaria internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has many natural resources that make it the perfect destination for health care. It has 12 Spa and Thalassotherapy centers equipped with spectacular facilities that offer a wide variety of exclusive relaxation and beauty treatments.
A 10 minute walk from the apartment has the Thalassotherapy centers of the Orquídea and Gloria Palace Hotels located in Bahía Feliz and San Agustín respectively.
