Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting

We had a great holiday in São Martinho do Porto, not in the least thanks to this very lovely, spacious apartment that we were staying in and that had everything we needed. Imagine having your dinner looking across the swimming pool at a beautiful sunset. Walk to the side of the garden to have a fantastic view from there on the bay and the town below. Take a 10 minute walk to that bay to go swimming or do that in the evening to find many restaurants where you can enjoy dinner at very affordable prices. All things that make this a great place to stay. On top of that, our great and very friendly host Maria made everything easy for us, there was someone to receive us on our arrival and make us feel welcome. We made a lot of trips to sites nearby, like Obidos, Leiria, Sintra, Peniche and Lisbon, which is just over an hour driving. It was always a pleasure then to return to the apartment, cool off a bit in the pool or just relax and prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Thanks to both Maria and Vitória for making us feel comfortable and being available for any questions we had. We've come to love this part of Portugal, so we are sure to return someday!

Très bon sejour chez Maria. Sao Marthino do porto est une region portugaise que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Avec un véhicule, le logement est assez proche de beaucoup de lieux de visites. Il est au calme et à la fois à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des lieux animés. Le logement est confortable, propre et pratique. Le ++ pour nous est la grande piscine face à l'océan. Maria est disponible et à l'ecoute. Nous recommandons. Allez y sans hesiter.

Casa más que recomendable.

Hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones en esta casa y todo estuvo fenomenal. María la propietaria fue en todo momento muy amable y muy profesional, la casa en nuestra opinión está todavía mejor que en las fotografías. Quiero resaltar el buen estado de la casa y su limpieza. Recomendable al 100%.

Superb. Stunning setting

A wonderful apartment in the most perfect setting to watch the sunset at the end of the day in this beautiful area. Maria was a great host who went above and beyond ro make sure we had everything we needed. Would definately recommend a stay here if you are lookkng for all the comforts of home and fantastic views close to lots of amenities. It is up a very steep hill but if you have a car or enjoy hill walks then it couldnt be better placed. The pool and grounds were maintained to the highest standard. The pool is very big and kept at a perfect temperature for a nice swim. Thankyou Maria

Sehr gut erholt

im sehr gepflegtem, geräumigem und gut ausgestattetem Appartement. Das gilt auch für den Pool. Das Kochen mit Gas ist ungewohnt aber schnell erlernt. Wir werdenden Aufenthalt in bester Erinnerung behalten.

super schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in São Martinho, dank dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage war super, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer, und die Wohnung war geschmackvoll und top eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen und eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Merci beaucoup Maria!

Très bonne situation géographique

Très bon séjour dans un appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé, emplacement idéal. Maria toujours présente en cas de besoin et bon accueil. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation du logement. Facilité d'accès, sécurisé et calme. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Una casa excelente

El alojamiento es fantástico, tal y como se ve en las fotografías. Habitaciones cómodas, el salón muy amplio, la cocina muy bien equipada. La piscina a dos pasos es excelente para familias con niños, les ves mientras estás cocinando. Las vistas excelentes. El trato con María muy bueno, se preocupa e intenta facilitar todo. Hemos estado (tanto nosotros como los niños) encantados con la casa. Tienes plaza de parking dentro de la urbanización. En resumen, totalmente recomendable. Hemos ido a visitar Portugal, pero el alojamiento invita a pasar allí toda la semana sin salir de allí. Repetiríamos encantados. Gracias a María.

Nice apartment & great location

Fully equipped, well kept, clean and tastefully designed apartment. Direct Access to the pool. Great view on the Atlantic Ocean from the terrace and the pool area. The apartment only a (partly steep) 10-minute to Sao Martinho do Porto (and 15 minutes for the way back uphill) with its beautiful beach. Maria is a really nice and helpful host (we got some great recommendations for restaurants).

Wonderful view

The apartment is very nice and Perfect for a family - and so is the pool. The view from the terrace is ansolutely Stunning. There is plenty of things to do and see in the area when the Sun don’t shine. We recommend the special market in Óbidos during july as Well as the monestary in Batalha and the castle in Tomar. We also took a Day trip to Porto. All in All We had a Nice time and Marias flat. Maria is very helpful and easy to get in contact with. Thank you Maria 👍🏻

Super tolle Wohnung und Vermieter!

Das Appartement befindet sich in der top Lage mit Wahnsinnsausblick auf den Ozean. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und praktisch ausgestattet und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Der große Pool direkt vor der Wohnung war ein riesen Highlight für die Kids. In der Nähe vom Haus gibt es einige schöne Strände sowohl zu Fuß als auch wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Übrigens das Auto ist ein Muss! Es gibt viele interessante Orte zu besuchen, wenn das Wetter nicht so toll ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief problemlos, alle unsere Wünsche wurden sehr schnell erfüllt und Fragen beantwortet. Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden!
