House and its garden facing south, completely renovated, new furniture and located 350 meters from the beach. It is located near the Col Vert hotel in La Griére

All local shops (baker, press, butcher ...), supermarket and the city center of La Tranche sur Mer are located less than 10 minutes by bike. Private pétanque area in the hamlet 50 meters from the house.

Weber barbecue. We provide 4 petanque triplets.

Super Strandurlaub

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und durch die optimale Aufteilung der Zimmer, hatte jeder seinen eigenen Bereich mit Bad und WC. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch im Garten hat jeder einen ruhigen Platz zum entspannen gefunden. Super ist, dass eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden ist. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett und total unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!!

Jolie petite maison à La Tranche

Séjour reposant à La Tranche-sur-Mer ! Sympathique petite location à 5 minutes à pieds d'une jolie plage. Maison agréable, bien décorée, bien équipée avec joli petit jardin. Rien à redire.
