Cozy spot ideally located to all things. Very short walk to beach and walking distance to food spots, shops and other places. The communication with the host was easy and immediately responsive. The bungalow has everything needed plus some unexpected surprises that will make your trip easy and enjoyable. It is certainly a spot that I would book in the future.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Easy, quick walk to beautiful beach. Covv Cocoa Beach Pier within walking distance. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would be a great place to watch a launch. We’ll be back.

Wonderful location

Check in was seamless and communication was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We were even notified that we could check in early if we would like. In three short days we visited the space center, my son took a surf lesson near the pier and we took a bioluminescence tour. The screen porch was perfect to start each day and relax each evening. This home is the perfect home base for all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

Family trip

We had a great stay. We came into town to do the 5k at Kennedy space center and to watch the rocket launch. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, pier and restaurants. There is a Publix practically across the street. We are a family with adult children and teens, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Very comfortable, lots of kitchen accessories, great location. We walked just 2 blocks to the beach to see a rocket launch and experience to sonic boom... amazing. Nice neighborhood and easily walked to the Publix grocery store and the popular Cocoa Beach Pier. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Close to the beach and cozy

Great place to stay! A block from the beach and close to downtown Cocoa Beach. Jim was very responsive when we had questions and gave us the contact info for his assistant/housecleaner in case we had any issues. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils, which allowed us to easily prepare some quick meals at the house. The screened in porch and outdoor patio area was very cute and even had an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Overall, I would recommend this house! We had a great time!

Condo didn't disappoint.

Spent a very pleasant 2 weeks at this property and enjoyed every minute. Very well appointed kitchen with every utensil you'll ever need. Its location was just a short walk to the beach yet near every attraction and plenty of restaurants. We were lucky enough to see launches from the cape, one at night and one during the day. Hope to be back next year.
