The apartment consists of Full Kitchen, Living Room, 3-pc Bathroom, Bedroom, Storage Closet and more…. The apartment will be ready for occupancy on September 1st. 2019. The apartment comes with the following appliances: Fridge, Stove, Micro Wave & Range Hood, Washer & Dryer, We are located on Shore Rd. in Dartmouth overlooking the harbour. Shore Road is a very quiet street with beautiful views of Halifax Harbour and lots of marine activity to enjoy. The apartment is 5-minutes to the Halifax/Dartmouth Bridge by vehicle and 15-minute walk to the Halifax Ferry. A 10-minute ferry ride to downtown Halifax. Close to all shopping facilities. This apartment is perfect for a non-smoking professional or university student. *NOTE: Smoke and Pet Free.

We were very pleased with the apt. It was clean, comfortable and inviting and well-equipped. Very convenient location with ferry to Halifax within easy walking distance. Also a very good bed which made for a good night.

It is close to Halifax ferry. It is a basement apartment so it is necessary to have lights on all the time (personally I like bright places with windows).
