Home is situated in the family oriented town of Surf City. It is Ocean Block. It is the 3rd house from the beach. Home is an up and down duplex. It has a new deck and new siding and windows. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath in each unit. The home has been well maintained. House has central air and a nice deck for barbecues. There is one queen size bed in master and the to other rooms have 2 twin size beds in each. There is a couch and loveseat in living room. Kitchen table seats 6.Kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and new cabinets.

Amazing house, amazing hosts, amazing stay

Pat and Steve are the best hosts! The house is beautiful and so well kept. It is only 3 houses from the beach. We absolutely loved our stay Pat and Steve made sure we had everything we needed it was perfect. We will be back!
