Bathroom with shower with window and casket door. Technical room with washing machine ironing board and closet area and extends over the garden. Large bright living area with three windows overlooking the garden. Availability of parking and space for bicycles. Surrounded by the garden enclosed by windows, the orange trees touch each other. 5 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the church and the football pitch. You enter the beautiful promenade along the sea where you can choose between the different types of private and free beach. Of fine sand or gravel with children's games. You see the hill of Monte and the hill of s. Bernardino from the garden. The decor is modern and functional elegant. White dominates. From the bedroom window you can see the private parking for the car. The house is equipped with all kitchen accessories. You must bring your own sheets and blankets are provided. Upon request with service costs sheets can be requested. Call to reserve thanks. Not available from 1st to 17th August. Reservations from 15th January. Convenient for shops and the beach.
The tourist tax is 5 euros per person per period and children under 12 years of age do not pay

geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

geräumige Wohnung, praktisch angelegt, sehr hell, herrlicher Ausblick auf alle Seiten. Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, da im 3. Stock inkl. Halbstock :-) Leider hat ein Wischmopp und ein scharfes Messer gefehlt. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls ein älters Model, daher etwas laut.

quick check in, parking space and minimum furniture, less than 10 min to the beach.Flat was so cold that stimulate you to spend all your time out (let’s look on this with a positive side) - completely wrong description on this website(reality is so-bed sheets and towels not included, what for us was a surprise as we came without it. After communicating owner gave us some sheets and towels) -very cold in beginning October and only one heater in bedroom. As we were 3 person(2 adult and child), we have to sleep all together(as in kitchen, where was another bad,was freezing cold). Floor is cold and you cannot heat and turn on other electric things at the same time, the electricity is turned off and to turn it on you need to go down to the cellar. Also bed is terrible uncomfortable and you will jump each time if your partner want to turn him during a sleep.Very loud, feels like walls from paper, you will hear everything what’s going on in house and around. After terrible night welcome in your face will be a building side since 7am directly next to your windows. There is absolutely nothing in flat(such experience we have first time in our traveling history)- no salt, hand soap or some small things what ppl can need before they reach a shop, no teapot, no microwave, no carpets and tiled floors,no cutting board. All equipment like washmachine and cleaning stuff is very old. Dust sucker I thing from ancient time of my grandma Owner can talk only Italian and French.
