This very charming apartment is located at first floor (one flight of stairs to climb) of a building dating back to 1700, once belonging to the Cardinals,
You will be at true 50 yards from S. Peter's square.

Absolutely no need of elevator.

The apartment consists in a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms and a lovely terrace which is great for your outdoor aperitivos, dinner or lunch.
Internet connection, Samsung Smart Tv, WIFI in all rooms even terrace, Jacuzzi tub, shower, absolutely quiet,
Air conditioning in all rooms (just installed in May 2021)
Miele top quality washer and dryer, induction cooktop in the kitchen, microwave oven and traditional oven.

Comfort and class, with functionality. Comfortable beds, sofas, soft lights, Jacuzzi tub, top quality linens. All of the crockery, cutlery, glasses etc that you could need.
Smoking indoor is not permitted , but you may smoke in the terrace.

Fabulous!!!

The ambiance is lovely, peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood has everything a person could want or need. The people are friendly, and we felt completely at home. We will stay here again when we visit next year.

Excellent location in Rome near the Vatican, nice neighborhood. This apartment has a lot of space and a working washer and dryer which was exceptional based on other rentals in Italy. Most only have washers. This was very helpful for our extended stay in Italy. The host provided perfect instructions and was responsive, however, the shower head holder was broken and it was difficult to use the shower. We reported this to to the host...another guest had reported the shower issue several weeks before our arrival.

The place is quite quaint and comfortable. The location in nice with the Vatican City so close and many restaurant options. Alberto was very helpful.

Felt like home away from home

This apartment was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities of home. We felt like we were locals and could just relax and take in the sites as we wanted.

Great property in fantastic location

This apartment was so close to the Vatican and perfect for our family of four. We appreciated the air conditioning in the heat. Check in and departure were easy, and Alberto was responsive to our questions.

Un appartamento bello!

Such an elegant and spacious apartment in a great location in the Borgo and a short walk to the wonderful Prati neighborhood with shops and eateries galore. There are numerous excellent restaurants literally steps away, both inexpensive and a bit more. (Including Ristorante Arlù, and the new Maison Arlù two of my new favorite places.) Molte grazie Alberto!

We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. Location is fantastic, few steps from Vatican City. Check in/out was good. Communication with host was great, very very helpful. Everything in the apartment was just as good as we expected.

Excellent Apartment and Location

We had a wonderful week-long stay in Rome, and Alberto's apartment served as an excellent launch point for our adventures. The apartment was exactly as described, and you can't beat the location - steps from St. Peter's and restaurants around every corner. We hope to return in the future (coins were tossed in the Trevi Fountain to ensure it!).

Wonderful stay

So close to the Vatican

Great little apartment. Within a short walk to the Vatican. Close by are wonderful street restaurants and a mini market. Alberto was fantastic at communicating how to get to the apartment, and how to check in. He even helped arrange a van to the airport. We had a problem with the WiFi and he jumped right in to help. Happy with our stay here.

Beautiful property

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. The apartment is stunning. The location is great and all went very well. Alberto is very receptive and there were no major issues. I would strongly recommend this property and will definitely return myself.

Beautiful apartment steps from the Vatican.

This is a handsome, spacious and well-decorated rental. Our only criticism is that the keys to both the street entrance and the apartment door were difficult. By about the fifth day we were having less trouble, but we found it frustrating before that.

Fantastic experience!

This place has everything you need for a trip to Rome. The location is super close to the Vatican. There are restaurants just around the corner & the metro is just a short walk away. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The window shutters kept the rooms dark & pretty quiet. Took us a minute to get the hang of the keys & the light switches (the hallway one is right outside the door), but those were just an “operator error” issue.Alberto is VERY responsive and helpful! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

A real gem

We had a wonderful time in this classic Roman apartment. We felt like we were part of history. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms and large common area made this apartment ideal for two couples or a small family. And, the outdoor terrace is a real plus. Very close to Vatican and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Alberto was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We used the owner-recommended ride service to and from the airport and were very pleased with that service. I highly recommend this wonderful property.

Unfortunate stay

The apartment is very nice. We arrived on time Ms it was still in the process of being cleaned. Then our groceries that we bought got thrown away by the cleaning lady. That wasn’t the worst part-the host knew the AC was not working and didn’t tell us. Then when the person came to fix it two days later, he did not fix it. It was so hot and uncomfortable that we could not sleep making 4 days in Rome really difficult. The host was quick to respond via What’s App but we feel like he should have been honest about the AC situation.

Excellent location very close to St. Peter's and fantastic places to eat within a block. Metro was 800 meters away and bus stop even closer. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. The owner was great with arranging transportation to and from the airport as well.

Great location. Great internet with smart tv for streaming. 4 adults and we never had issues with hot water. Unfortunately there was an issue with the cleaning from the previous guests but it was immediately handled. Kitchen is tiny for only 1 person but well stocked. The main bathroom had lots of soap and shampoo. It could use some cosmetic maintenance. There is so much right out your door. Mini markets, restaurants, and a great pickup location for a taxi or uber around the corner. Alberto
