Security deposit to be returned upon arrival € 400 in cash or by check (returned on departure if everything is good).
Electricity in addition according to consumption to be paid on departure.
Animal: € 3 / day / animal.
Water + asst + pollution + om package = 2 € / person / day to be paid on site.
End of stay cleaning optional or if necessary 80 €.
Optional bed linen and / or towels on request (notify before if possible).
