You will be welcome in this charming house dating from the Belle Epoque. Able to comfortably accommodate 6 people, it is located close to the center, shops, rue Carnot and the beach.

Maison pleine de charme

Cette belle maison a gardé le charme du temps passé, elle est très agréable à vivre pour qui aime les endroits qui ont vécu. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal (même si la vue sur le grand parking -pratique - n’est pas ultra romantique). Nous y avons passé deux belles semaines, merci.

Perfekte Lage, charmantes Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier mit unseren Kindern, das Haus liegt wirklich nah zu Strand und zur den Restaurants und Geschäften der Rue Carnot. Das Haus hat viel Altbaucharme und ist schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist nur nicht so einfach, es sauber zu halten, weil der Staubsauger nur in wenige Steckdosen passt, das Kabel aber nicht bis in alle Zimmer bzw. Ecken reicht. Kleine Fehler wie die nicht funktionierende Spülmaschine wurden prompt behoben, Mme Flament half sofort. Sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vacances idylliques

Que rêver de mieux qu'une jolie maison en bord de mer en famille et entre amis. Promenades sur la plage au bout de la rue, goûters au coin du feu, commerces juste à côté de la maison, tout était parfait. Claude et Madame Flamant ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Altbaucharme in Meeresnähe

Das Objekt liegt nur 100m vom Meer entfernt. Gegenüber liegt direkt ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz (über 100 Plätze). Am Wochenende in den Abendstunden kann es daher schon mal etwas lauter sein. Der Altbau wurde liebevoll renoviert, hat hier und da aber auch kleine Fehler. Uns hat dies nicht weiter gestört. Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Durchgangstüren wodurch es sehr hellhörig ist. Die einzige Toillette befindet sich separat im Erdgeschoss. Im Garten befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse mit 4 Liegen. Hier hat man bis ca. 16 Uhr Sonne und liegt super windgeschützt. Wir haben unsere Mittagspausen dort sehr genossen, da wir durchgängig sehr starken Wind hatten. Die Verwalterin des Objektes war sehr hilfsbereit, spricht aber ausschließlich französisch. Französisch Kenntnisse waren hier sehr hilfreich. Der Besitzer war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei allem schnell geholfen. Vorab gab es ausreichend Informationen. Insgesamt hätte das Haus etwas sauberer sein können. In vielen Schubladen lagen noch Dinge von Vormietern, die eigentlich hätten entsorgt werden müssen. Wir haben uns trotzdem super wohlgefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Berck.

Séjour reposant dans une maison de vacances confortable. Le poêle à bois est un élément qui apporte un confort complémentaire.
