Loved the place

The place is awesome and prettier in person. Location was excellent. The only complaint is that we couldn’t get the tv to word (no instructions) and only one tv in the main room. No extra comforters either but overall excellent stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and wonderful stay

Stayed there with my family and we had a great time. You can easily walk to both downtown and the beach (about 20 minutes to both). The property is beautiful. AC works well and it is convenient to have a kitchen at the property. Very much recommended!

Very comfortable, very homelike and private

We enjoyed this vacation very much. This apartment is in Aldea Zama which is a private, safe and quiet gated community. I highly recommend it.

The condo was in great shape. When we arrived it was cleaned and ready to be used by my family.

I loved Agua de Mar and the condo here. If and when I return to Tulum, I’d love to stay at this place again. The place was quiet for a good night rest, clean, and well equipped to stay for a couple days. I do recommend purchasing your own groceries before or as soon as you arrive as it is 10 minute drive to downtown and about a 30 min walk to down town. The beach is about 15 minute drive and about a 1 hour walk. Check postings by entrance/exit as some residents offer bicycle rentals which may facilitate your commute. Tomato App is another alternative to purchase your meals. Some restaurants accept only cash and others accept both cash and or credit card. For taxis, don’t get scammed like I did. From Super Aki to Agua de Mar, pay $100 pesos. From beach to Agua de Mar pay no more than $150. From ADO to Agua de Mar, don’t pay more than $150 pesos.
