Amazing

This penthouse is located within proximity of everything. We spent 2 days and were able for a small fee to do a late checkout, this was amazing since we didnt wanted to be at the airport for 6hrs. The host does an amazing job in informing you in advance what is available to do and communicates and addresses any concerns you have. They try to accomodate all your needs.

Great location

Great location with awesome rooftop pool . Was a little hard getting access to the check in code on the door. Towels were delivered the day before we were leaving after our 5 day stay but we also didn’t reach out because we just decided to continue using the same ones. Atmosphere was great but we did have to place a bucket under the AC unit because it literally started leaking all over the couch and floor so there was no other choice but to do that since we really wanted AC on. Housekeeping came in once during our stay to clean up the place and that was nice since they took the trash for us. At the end of the day, stay was in a great location, but just maybe more communication about the little things. It would be good to know the correct passcode when arriving, the AC unit leaking, and the towels. Other than this it was absolutely perfect and the place was very cute and the private rooftop plunge pool made it even better!!

In the team there is my cousin Jesús (architect), my sister Tere (nutricionist, I know what you're thinking, "what's she doing in the hospitality?" jaja she thinks that too) and myself (civil engineer).
Our story
Since we were babies (literally) our parents used to take us to the beach every vacations, now we're having the time of our lives living in the most beautiful spot and helping our guests (that mostly become our friends) to enjoy their vacations in the Mexican Paradise that we call home.
With the help of all the crew, we are TEAM NAH!

As our family enjoyed so much the Riviera Maya the first time we came to visit, we decided to invest here thinking about providing a cozy place to other people that want to explore the area, making them feel like home and enjoying every second here.
