Our house is large and very pleasant thanks to its triple exposure and its garden, which gives shade and freshness.
It is located in the center of the village of Canet de Mar on a square in the old quarter, 3 minutes from the sea on foot.
The renovation of this house in 2016 makes it a place that has the character of an authentic village house is at the same time modern, functional and very pleasant to live.
All amenities are first class and the variety of living areas between terraces, garden, bedrooms and living room make it an exceptional place.
Private garage available on the ground floor of the house.
Canet is a nice and friendly village with a nice and big sandy beach. You will find many services on site and can also enjoy the beauty of a recognized modernist heritage.
