One of the main highlights of this property is the free access to the Aqua Park located just behind the villa, a unique added value in the holiday rental market. Enjoy the privacy of your own villa while benefiting from resort-style amenities. Children will spend hours having fun at the water park, which features several play areas, slides and kamikazes, making it a true paradise for them.

Recently built, this brand-new villa has been designed using high-quality materials and is fully equipped with modern furniture and appliances. The property offers a contemporary and functional style, with a spacious garden and private swimming pool located on the same level as the living area, and just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The plot is fully enclosed, ensuring privacy and security.

Access to the property is through an automatic gate leading to a large parking area with space for several vehicles.



On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with a large sofa and dining area, equipped with TV and a Netflix account included. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and features an American-style fridge, with direct access to the terrace and pool area. This floor also includes a full bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.



Outdoor Area



The villa features a magnificent covered terrace with a large outdoor dining table for up to 10 guests. The spacious garden offers a private swimming pool (3 x 8 m), a children’s play area with playground equipment and football goals, a pergola, 10 sun loungers and a stone barbecue. An outdoor space designed for long, relaxing days in the open air, especially ideal for family holidays.

The villa is located just 200 metres from the beach, where you can enjoy water sports, beach bars, restaurants and the pleasant seaside promenade. A small supermarket is located only 50 metres from the house, ideal for daily shopping or fresh bread.

Pineda de Mar train station is 1 km away. Barcelona is a 45-minute drive, Girona 40 minutes, and the Costa Brava just 15 minutes away.

Perfect for a little get away to see the Grand Prix. Good, walkable distance to restaurants, bars and beaches and easy to go to further afield to different towns and beaches by car too. Great pool too! Extra towels for the pool would have been an advantage to save on washing time. No complaints!

Perfect villa for our family of 7. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The unlimited usage of the water park was a major bonus and perfect for our boys. Communication, check in and everything was perfect. The villa was immaculate and we will definitely be rebooking!

The house was perfect for our family. Nice bed rooms with bath rooms. Evertything was clean and big enough (couch, enough plates, enough sunbeds etc). The pool was also very nice but too cold (in May). The location is great (near beach, little city centre of Pineda de Mar and Calella at walking distance). The water park is almost at the back yard but was closed when we were staying here. We were glad about this because of the lack of privacy and possible noise when it’s open. We would highly recommend this accomodation and have made wonderful family memories together! Check in possibility at sunday and earlier check in

What a fantastic villa, it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay if you have children. It’s not too noisy with the hotel next door, the garden is very overlooked but that’s not why you choose this place. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the beach and 15 mins to a couple of nice squares with plenty of restaurants and bars. We stayed for a month and what struck us is how much storage space there is, you can really live there. I drove over so had a lot of stuff, bikes and all of the usual kids stuff. The utility room is spacious so you can do a big shop. The pool is pristine, great for toddlers as there is a large shallow area. The play equipment is perfect, the grass gets a little hot but as it’s artificial it gives the whole place a nice crisp, clean and uncluttered vibe. The bedrooms are beautiful, loads of storage and TV’s in the large rooms. Beds feel very comfy and large, the kids rooms are great and have 3 beds in each. We can’t wait to return

Backyard Retreat

The backyard was amazing. We had 4 kids with us ages 4-11 and they were fully entertained in the backyard. The pool was clean and warm with a shallow end and deep end so everyone could enjoy. The swing set was simple and able to add to the entertainment without being hard to use. There was a small soccer area that was well used too. Ample space to relax outside both covered and open. Great dining area outside. Inside has more than enough space. Room for kids and adults to have their own space. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, everything you could need. The one downside is that there were no rugs inside so floor coming into doorways for dirty and slippery easily. Also without any rugs made some spaces loud. I also wish their was more towels. We had to do laundry almost daily for towels as it is limited to be per person for use in both bath and pool. The kitchen is bare when it comes to spices and condiments. Just know that when doing any meal prep and shopping. You also have to supply your own paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and toilet paper. Not the worst but not the most convenient when traveling via air, especially with all the luggage restrictions these days. An idea to owners would maybe be put together a convenience package renters could purchase so as not to have to shop for all that. I think beach towels were available for rent but I didn’t see that until later. Overall great house and def recommend.

Hemos pasado una semana en la casa y ha sido excelente. Tuvimos algunos problemas con falta de menaje que se solucionaron súper rápido por parte de la agencia. La casa está muy nueva y el tener el waterpark cerca es una maravilla especialmente si tienes niños. La parte de fuera está genial con un montón de cosas para hacer los niños y descansar los adultos. Únicas sugerencias son instalar un toldo para poder aprovechar la mesa de fuera por las mañanas porque sino hay demasiado sol. Muy recomendable

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Villa, die Ausstattung des Hauses war Super, es fehlte an nichts. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist als Ruhig aber gleichzeitig Strandnah zu bezeichnen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte super einfach, hier gab es nichts zum aussetzen. Im Ganzen ein sehr lohnenswerter Aufenthalt, nur zu empfehlen.

Afgesloten automatische poort met ruime parking voor auto. Enorm ruime woning, voorzien van alle comfort, heel veel opbergruimte, praktisch ingericht, voldoende servies en bestek aanwezig. Fantastische tuin met geweldig zwembad. Kasten en kapstokken meer dan genoeg aanwezig. Ook beneden meer dan genoeg opbergruimte. Bakker, supermarkt, ... perfect te voet bereikbaar. Rustig en stil! Totaal geen last van auqapark die achter de woning ligt. Enige minpuntjes: * geen enkel stopcontact te vinden buiten (om bv broodrooster mee te nemen naar buiten) * er is geen gewone koffiezet aanwezig, enkel Nespresso apparaat

Tolles Haus. Sehr nahe am Strand. Würde empfehlen den Strand in Calella zu nutzen. Etwa 10min mit dem PW. Sehr schöne Strandlage mit Restaurants welche man den ganzen Tag auch dort genießen kann. Pool-Tag mit diesem Haus kann man auch sehr gut genießen.

We loved our stay in Villa Malibu and will definitely come back next year. We have been coming to Pineda de Mar as a family for over 50 years. It is just like coming home. Staying at the villa was the icing on the cake.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Malibu and it had everything our two families could ask for. A great location with all amenities in easy walking distance. Coastal Villas communication throughout was first class and I couldn’t recommend them or this villa more. We hope to return!
