Seawall beside Alta Mar with kyack, canoe or paddle board lift. Water craft storage too. Walk/car to the ever-new & exciting River District for many shops and restaurants, or choose the Free Trolley as it is only 1.2 mile distance! Art Walk, Music Walk, Car Shows, Block Parties, Tours all close to your condo but far enough to be a quiet community. Alta Mar also has a nice social group that love to play cards, games, wine & cheese parties and tours and shopping trips are planned.
