The photos can't do this area/place justice. We loved the outdoor area, porch, and view from the house as well as the proximity to some beautiful trails and swimming spots. The host went above and beyond to accommodate including sunscreen, bear spray, snacks and more. We can't wait to come back!
My wife and I wanted a quiet place to stay to enjoy a weekend together. The home was perfect. It was a nice home base for trips to Grand Teton national Park and Jackson hole. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view and the breeze. Would definitely come back again. The host, Teri, was very responsive and supportive.
The living room and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen is stocked nicely with some items. The setting is private and quiet. Overall very nice place to stay
The property was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable. The porch was a great place to hang out. I loved the sky at night and the view during the day. I highly recommend this property.
Loved staying here! Everything was clean and set up nicely when we arrived. Lots of dishes to make a variety of meals during our stay. The neighborhood is super quiet and clean as well. 10/10 would recommend this place. 💙
This was our first stay in swan valley. The location was perfect. Away from the road but still just a quick drive to the reservoir, the falls, and so many beautiful fishing spots. So very quiet and beautiful. Will stay here again!
We like to canoe in the fall and found this property perfect for us. The porch gave us a place to play cards and enjoy the scenery and we were close to river for a quick put on and float on a beautiful day. We're all cooks and enjoyed the kitchen with everything we needed. Thanks Teri and Judy- great place!
There was nothing more we could have asked for during our visit. Even though Teri had guests leaving and arriving the same day, she had the rental exceptionally clean, and had a basket of treats for us plus a lovely plant & welcome card. Her instruction book was very well done and we had no problems with TV or internet connections. Everything we needed for a week stay was available, including extra blankets and vacuum. Neighborhood was quiet and the large yard was a nice break from parking lots and cars all around. When I texted Teri for a pharmacy referral, she replied almost immediately. Great hostess in every way. Was a perfect visit and I would definitely return.
We stayed in the area to have easy access to the South Fork of the Snake River. The place was clean, we appreciated the snacks that were left for us and we used the grille and back porch
This was a great location, just 15 minutes from Palisades Reservoir. The rental had everything we needed for a great stay; even extra pillows, blankets, and snacks (which my boys loved). The house was super clean (which I love). We would definitely stay here again, and do some hiking and other activities in this beautiful area.
Our stay was great, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the covered porch and grilling out. We would stay here again in the future.
We stayed at this property for 16 nights and it was the cutest, most comfortable one we have stayed at so far on this six week trip. The owners were very accommodating and took care of us the entire time. They were friendly and informative and warm. I would definately stay here again.
Teri's place is a very nice mobile home in a beautiful valley between Idaho Falls and Jackson, WY. We really enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and more - there was even a basket of snacks, which was a nice extra touch. We especially enjoyed the cute little ground squirrels that entertained us right outside the window as we had breakfast :)
Teri was an excellent host. She thought of everything. Coffee, snacks and even a waffle maker. Beds were comfortable too. Hoping to come back next year.
The property is nestled back from the highway making it quiet while relaxing on the covered patio. We enjoyed hearing the birds chirp and saw a doe from the patio!
Very clean and spacious. So much better than staying in a hotel!

We love the outdoors. We are avid hunter and fisherman. We enjoy backpacking with our 3 llamas in our surrounding mountains with our 4 year old daughter. We love the solitude of being miles back from all of civilization.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because of the views and the land the structure sits on. It's located in a very well kept park but you feel as if you have no neighbors. It has a lot of room for parking and feels very private and quiet. We purchased this property from my husbands grandfather.
What makes this property unique
Private large yard. Dog friendly but they must be leashed at all times. Full size kitchen so you can cook to your hearts desire. Super comfortable beds (coolmax in 1st bedroom and Serta in Master. 4.5 inch luxury foam mattress on sofa sleeper. We have bamboo sheets that are so soft and the beds have synthetic down comforters and pillows. The towels are super soft and fluffy.
