A beautiful Lake Norman rental, located in Denver NC. Bring your own boat, or boat rentals/Lake Norman available at the local marina. The home has 2 King, 3 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds with Full on Bottom and Twin on Top. The upper deck has a wonderful view of the lake along with a screened-in porch. The home boasts an oversized family room with a pool table, luxury handcrafted wooden beams. Imagine your family gathering around the oversized sofa for the ultimate game night. The home is filled with board games to gather your family together for some nights of strategy and laughter. Walk into the kitchen and it is fully stocked with everything you need for a gourmet meal. Every room is equipped with a 42 in TV. Step outside to a fully fenced yard overlooking the lake. The oversized porch has a BBQ and a fire pit to gather around at the end of the night for family time. Looking for outdoor activities, this home provides 2 kayaks, life jackets, tubes, a frisbee, yard dart bocce ball. Welcome to Lake Life Paradise, a home that you'll never want to leave. There are outdoor security cameras for your protection. Max 2 pets allowed when booked at initial reservations. Pet Fee $250.00 Current pet vaccine records and proof of flea and tick control required. Need a smaller space ask about renting just part of the home. Well-appointed house right on the lake. The large room upstairs was perfect for the whole group to watch movies and the kids loved their own space downstairs.

Great times!

We had a great time at this property. We stayed here for my brother's wedding. We fished, played pool, and just relaxed. We couldnt have picked a better place to stay. Plenty of room and nicely appointed. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as described. We were nine people - three generations. The house was spacious and everyone had their own space. Kitchen well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. Wi-Fi great. Only downside was the weather. It rained six of the seven days and we had rented a boat for the week.

My family of 8 stayed here and it was wonderful. Plenty of room and huge yard. Loved the wood burning fire pit! Water wasn’t warm enough to swim in but kayaking was perfect.
