Welcome to this spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom private lakefront house with amazing lake views from almost every room. In a great location with convenience to shopping, restaurants, 30 minutes from the Charlotte airport and located on a beautiful lake cove with close access to open water. Great for family gatherings or couples retreats on the lake.

Completely updated with fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a second basement refrigerator, luxury bathrooms, and game room complete with pool table, shuffleboard, and air hockey. Boathouse with boat rentals available, fire pit, kayaks, and paddle-boards on the property. Covered boat dock includes shaded area with two hammock chairs and bench. Multilevel decks and outdoor patio include seating for 14+ at the modern outdoor dining table. Jump out of the lake and take advantage of the outdoor shower!

The house sleeps 14 with 2 king master suites with ensuite bathrooms (1 on main floor, 1 on 2nd floor), 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room complete with 3 bunk beds (6 beds). 4 of the bedrooms have sliding doors with outdoor access to decks and views. Upstairs and downstairs living areas and all bedrooms include newly installed smart TVs. Beautiful stone gas fireplaces upstairs and down with tiled bar with beverage refrigerator. Open loft sitting area on second floor with picturesque lake views.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Great property! . Right on the lake.with 2 kayaks and fishing poles. House had plenty of room for the 6 adults and two children. Walkout basement had pool table ,airhocky and shuffle board. Well furnished kitchen made cooking meals easy. Would definitely stay again .

Lake Norman wedding stay

The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood directly located on the lake in the Westport area. It was well organized, well-appointed, and family-friendly. Wish we had had more time to stay and enjoy the weather outside. Watch out for squirrels throwing acorns from above while you enjoy sitting/eating on the backyard deck overlooking the lake!! (Haha)

Over all we loved this property. Listing was very accurate. However the master bedroom on the top floor had stink bugs in there. The family staying in the room killed about 10 of them. They were on the bed and floor.

Family mini vacation

The property was beautiful, the house was beautiful, & very clean. There was more than enough room for 14 people to be comfortable. We all ate on the deck & everyone sat at the same table & that was fantastic. We went kayaking, made s'mores around the fire & just had a really great time.
