Small house with terrace in a residence with swimming pool and tennis.
House composed of a main room with kitchen, dining and living room, a bathroom, a W. C., a floor with mezzanine and bedroom and a storeroom at the entrance of the house.
Near the port, shops and the beach: 500m from the city center, 500m from the beach, 800m from the golf course, 1km200 supermarkets.
Careful owners, waiting for respect of the equipment, cleanliness and hygiene on behalf of the tenants.

Super séjour à Pornic

Logement idéalement situé (proche centre ville et plage). Il ne manque aucun équipement dans cette location. Les extérieurs, la piscine et les terrains de tennis sont parfaitement entretenus. Nous n’hésiterons pas à recommander cette location.

Maison très agréable et très bien située

Maison très agréable située dans un bel environnement très fleuri et verdoyant. Sa situation très proche du centre ville est appréciable. Je la recommande pour passer un très bon séjour.

Séjour très appréciable

Très bon accueil. Il y avait une concierge qui a fait le déplacement exprès pour nous faire découvrir la maison tout en sérénité. Tout ce qui est présent dans l’annonce a bien été fourni. Les lieux était très propre hormis quelques petits désagréments causés par la non ouverture de la propriété lors des vacances de Pâques dû au Covid, mais la propriétaire est quand même resté très disponible même si nous avons dû passer notre semaine sans lave-vaisselle et avec une terrasse avec quelques mauvaises herbes. Je recommande vraiment cette petite maison très chaleureuse.

Merci pour votre retour. Désormais, la maison est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle et d'une gazinière neufs ! Ils avaient rendu l'âme après 15 et 20 ans de bons et loyaux services. Vous serez à nouveau les bienvenus lorsque que vous le souhaiterez.

Comfortable House in Lovely Pornic

The house is located on a modern holiday estate (with swimming pool and tennis courts) and an agent will meet you at a specified time to handover the keys. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. It looks out onto a nice grassed area. Parking is available but only in designated parking places (not in front of the house). The lovely town of Pornic is only 10 minutes walk away with plenty of bars and nice restaurants. A list of easy coastal walks is available from the tourist office. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and we recommend it.
