Magnificent brand new apartment upstairs of a large Basque-Landes house with independent entrance. Private parking or car spaces outside in a very quiet area. Large 80 m2 apartment with small outdoor balcony. With free Wi-Fi and garden views. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. 2 large bedrooms each with a walk-in shower and a closed toilet.
Shops nearby (Leclerc center 500 m). Beaches on the basin at 1km500 (St Brice Beach) and ocean beaches at 10 km (Grand Crohot or Truc vert).
Oyster port of Ares to taste oysters or have a bite to eat in a fish or seafood restaurant.
Starting point for visiting the Arcachon Basin, to the north, a typical fishing village of Herbes and at the tip of Cap-Ferret. Further south, Andernos and its pedestrian streets, Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat.
