Garden level of 85 m2 in a comfortable house (floor occupied by the owners) classified 3 stars by the departmental tourist office, independent access, intimate private garden of approximately 250 m2, exotic wood terrace, loggia. Calm environment in raised and flowered garden in the immediate vicinity of the Pereire park and its magnificent beach, classified in the most beautiful sites of the basin.
Complete equipment for young children (bed, high chair, bath, changing table) Baby-sitting possibility.
On request we lend 1 bike and can rent 2, table tennis table.
For an occupancy of 2 people in low season outside school holidays see price list with owner. Weekend rental. Bed and breakfast.

quiet comfortable apartment with plenty of space indoors and out

We stayed at Mme Durbigny's apartment for a week. It is on the ground floor of her superb traditional Arcachonaise house set in a beautiful green garden. The neighborhood is residential, made up of villas and greenery. We didn't have a car, so it was useful to have a small grocery store a few minutes walk from the apartment. The beach, the nicest in Arcachon, was a ten minute walk. The town of Arcachon is a half an hour on foot, or a five minute ride by bus. There is a good cafe-bar-restaurant at the beach. We were there in a very hot spell, and appreciated having the outdoor terrace, shaded by a few large oaks. The apartment is nicely furnished, and has everything you need. There were three of us staying, and we were comfortable in the light spacious bedrooms. There is also comfortable stylish central living area. Monique Durbigny is friendly, helpful and kind. A great holiday.

Parfaite maison arcachonnaise

Belle maison arcachonnaise qui accueille confortablement 3 couples ou 2 couples et 2 enfants. Nous avons passé tout notre temps dans le jardin spacieux et ombragé par des arbres magnifiques. La très belle plage de Pereire est à 10mn à pied. Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus!

Logement agréable, bien équipé, très calme. La terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus, en toute indépendance du reste de la propriété, sans vis à vis.La propriété se situe dans un quartier très calme, à 15 mn à pied des plages. 2 commerces ( boulangerie et épicerie traiteur) à 100m pour dépanner..Accueil sympathique de notre hôte..Un bon séjour de 4 jours à Arcachon

Agréable gite avec un bel extérieur

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille (parents, grands parents et un enfant de deux ans). Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec le gîte preparé en tenant compte de la composition de notre groupe (parents avec un jeune enfant grands-parents) et toutes les explications nécessaires. Le gîte dans une maison arcachonaise typique correspond à l'annonce, propre et bien entretenu, avec un grand espace extérieur à disposition, très appréciable et dont nous avons pu profiter malgré le temps pas toujours au beau fixe. Ce gite est magnifique, très spacieux : de grandes chambres avec des lits confortables. La décoration est de très bon goût : on se sent dans ce gîte comme chez soi, un vrai petit cocon. Également, très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le gîte est très propre. Nos n’oublions pas l'accueil charmant et arrangeant des propriétaires. Nous n'avons que des éloges à faire !! Nous n'avions pas envie de partir !!

Merveilleux Vacances

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in dieser liebevoll ausgestatteten Wohnung mit dem traumhaften Garten. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Sogar Spiele und Fahrräder wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihren besonderen Charme und die Lage in einem schönen Wohngebiet. Boulangerie und Epicerie sind fussläufig erreichbar, Zimmer Strand geht man nur knapp 700 Meter. Und auch den Ortskern kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen herzlich und hat uns mit Tipps unterstützt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nous avons passé des jours merveilleux dans cet appartement joliment meublé avec son magnifique jardin. Tout était là pour passer des bonnes vacances. Même des jeux et des vélos. La propriété séduit par son charme particulier et son emplacement dans un beau quartier résidentiel. Boulangerie et Epicerie sont accessibles à pied, la plage est à moins de 700 mètres. Et aussi le centre peut être facilement atteint à pied. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse et nous a soutenu avec des conseils. Nous reviendrons!

Fabulous apartment with lovely hosts

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful homely apartment, it was very French which is what we wanted, located in a very residential area, close enough to the beach (12 minute walk) but with the advantage of a bus stop at the end of the road. A local Epicerie is an advantage, it also stocks very reasonably priced local wines which are excellent quality. There is also a boulangerie beside the epicerie which also has great croissants, but they are not always available. Beautiful area, we did not hire a car as it wasn’t really necessary but if you want to travel about more a car would be beneficial. Great links to Bordeaux, bus to the train station is easy and the 35-40 min train journey is perfect. Very upmarket area, it is not cheap, but would definitely recommend it, just take a lot of Euro with you for the pricey restaurants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial. Les chambres de grande taille et agréablement décorées permettent à chacun de savourez un espace cocooning quand le temps n'est pas de la partie... les propriétaires chauffent très bien leur hébergement et laisse à disposition beaucoup de livres. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle . Rien a redire sauf un grand merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité. N'hésitez plus....

UN WEEK END FAMILIAL VRAIMENT EXTRA

Nous avons passé le week end de la fête des mères à Arcachon et avions loué pour l'occasion cet appartement. Déjà conquis par les photos et les différents échanges avec les propriétaires (mails, téléphone), nous avons été véritablement enchantés par ce séjour. Tout est prévu pour que l'on s'y sente bien!! Le temps nous a permis de profiter également de l'extérieur, grand luxe!! Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute!!

Un très agréable séjour sur le bassin d'Arcachon

Nous sommes très contents de cette location qui est située dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille mais aussi très prés de la plage des Abatilles et de tous les plaisirs du bassin d'Arcachon. Les propriétaires qui logent au dessus sont très discrets et soucieux de notre confort et de notre tranquillité. La logement est très propre, très fonctionnel et a le charme des maisons traditionnelles arcachonnaises. Tout l’arrière du jardin est à notre disposition avec une terrasse en tek et un salon de jardin design. Nous recommandons cette location pour une famille avec enfants. Note 5/5.
