Nice villa for 6 - max. 8 people in the natural reserve of the Costa Vicentina

Thanks for being my guest in the house. The evaluation is fair considering the unplanned total break down of dishwasher during Mauricio's stay. I apologize for that, dishwasher was replaced on the next business day by a new one that was used during the rest of the stay and benefits current and future customers. We put great efforts to minimize the consequences for Mauricio's family. My maintenance technician unfortunately had to witness damage on both parasols which were bought new at the end of last summer and used 3 weeks in total until this rental. I can't really explain why Mauricio claims that it was rusty, because parasols were almost new and stored in a garage where not in use. Wind blows often here and as Mauricio says, parasols have to remain closed when there is too much wind, common sense prevails. We had to change both parasols in order to make sure that current guest Beatriz gets full satisfaction. I invoiced one which seems fair to me, considering above description. Sad that we had this problem, but we will undertake everything to get the fifth star in the future that we have on our German ad site. As Mauricio says families can enjoy swimming pool and green garden and the surroundings are fantastic. Baby cots are available and parents don't need to overload their cars when coming to us.
