2 bd 2 ba on the gulf of mexico with a boat dock, on the lagoon side, water on both sides, with a great view and as close as you can get to the water and beach, with pool, grills, shuffle board, & playground next door, where you can rent canoe's, paddle board's and kayak's .
Trolley run's to siesta key village, and there are free ride's by other's for just tip's.
There is a boat for hire now...

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with it soon as I walked thru the door and saw the view of the beach and ocean, and on the lagoon side we have boat docks, it is as close to the ocean as you can get, the best sunset's ever, can't beat putting your toe's in the sand, setting with a glass of wine, might even see the green flash and dolphins swimming.
