South Ardèche stone house (near Pont d'Arc and Chauvet cave)
Superb stone house dating from the time of the Knights Templar. Located in the south of the Ardèche 21 km from the famous Pont d'Arc and 22 km from the Chauvet cave, it is located in the heart of the tourist region of southern Ardèche and near the bathing places (the river is even accessible on foot down the village).
A day at the sea is quite possible (1:30 of Grau du Roi or Grande Motte).
Its thick walls keep the freshness during summer periods of high heat.
Stairs with high steps do not have protected access so it is recommended to supervise small children.
It has two floors and consists of:
- Four bedrooms, two air conditioned, three with a bed (140) two places and one with two beds (140) two places,
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Two bathrooms with shower (on the first and second floor)
- Two toilets (on the first and second floor)
- A courtyard with a covered terrace and a large garden table
