Kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave.
3 bedrooms: 1 with the ground floor with 1 double bed and 2 air-conditioned upstairs with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. New bedding.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Living room with flat screen TV.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair and inflatable bath shower adapted to the square.
2 beautiful terraces shaded by vines and sun with a unique view on the rock of Sampzon. Garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and everything needed for sunbathing and napping.
Southern terraced land of 1800 mÂČ with petanque (remember to bring your bowling balls!)
A 5 minute walk from the center of Ruoms: shops, restaurants, beach and river. Many sports canoe type.
Near the gorges of Ardeche, the famous Pont d'Arc, Balazuc and Vogue classified as "most beautiful villages in France" and the Chauvet cave registered in World Heritage of UNESCO. Beautiful walks from the house.

Pied à terre bien situé pour un Week end en ArdÚche. petit bémol sur un nettoyage superficiel. beaucoup de poussiÚre pour les personnes allergiques. Maison avec tout le nécessaire terrasses trÚs agréables.

Emplacement ideal

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans ce gite. L'emplacement est idéal. La climatisation est tres bienvenue. Il y a un équipement suffisant. Bemol sur le menage qui est vraiment fait trÚs en surface. Il m'a fallu nettoyer à nouveau avant de nous installer reellement.

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt fußlĂ€ufig vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Alles war wie erwartet. Man kann sich sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten wohl fĂŒhlen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr nett.

ProblĂšme avec une chambre sinon trĂšs bien

Maison trÚs agréable, climatisée. TrÚs bon accueil de la part de Véronique. L'électricité est un peu fantasque, on est toujours à la recherche des interrupteurs mais c'est plutÎt marrant. Seul hic, les précédents locataires avaient un chien et des puces nous ont dévorés.

Logement vraiment au centre de l'ArdĂšche, beaux villages, coins de baignades magnifiques, lieux de visites proche. Grand logement au calme 5 adultes 2 enfants, avec vue, grand terrain et toutes les commoditĂ©s, climatisation apprĂ©ciĂ© lors des fortes chaleur, machine Ă  laver, lave vaisselle, grand barbecue Ă  charbon extĂ©rieur avec grande terrasse ombragĂ©e. Tout y est. Personne qui s'occupe du logement disponible et rĂ©active si besoin et mĂ©nage fais Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et au dĂ©part. On a qu'Ă  se dĂ©tendre et profiter de nos vacances👍👍

La maison est spacieuse et nous avons apprécié la climatisation à l étage et dans le salon pour une semaine caniculaire. Nous n avons pas pu profitez des terrasses car il faisait trop chaud (41 degré) et c est dommage. Maison agréable mais dans son jus
. Un petit coup de peinture lui donnerait plus de charme.

Maison agréable au calme

Maison ancienne mais agrĂ©able. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter des exterieurs Ă  cause de la mĂ©tĂ©o . Le jardin et la terrasse doivent ĂȘtre un bonheur quand il fait beau ! C'est un emplacement parfait pour visiter les incontournables de la rĂ©gion ( grotte de Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac et villages ). TrĂšs bon accueil de VĂ©ronique !

Het was een zeer mooie locatie en een mooie omgeving. Het was er proper en alles was er aanwezig. Een zeer goeie aanrader. In de toekomst ga ik zeer zeker terug. Deze locatie krijgt een 9/10 van mij.

Super séjour

Cette maison familiale est agrĂ©able, on s'y sent bien, elle est dans son jus, pratique et bien situĂ©e! Les murs sont fin et les parquets grincent donc prĂ©voyez les boules quies si vous n'ĂȘtes pas tous au mĂȘme rythme de vie. Merci Ă  VĂ©ronique pour ses conseils et le super accueil. La terrasse et le terrain de pĂ©tanque sont un vrai bonheur ! On recommande chaleureusement
