2 beautiful terraces shaded by vines and sun with a unique view on the rock of Sampzon. Garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and everything needed for sunbathing and napping.
Southern terraced land of 1800 m² with petanque (remember to bring your bowling balls!)
A 5 minute walk from the center of Ruoms: shops, restaurants, beach and river. Many sports canoe type.
Near the gorges of Ardeche, the famous Pont d'Arc, Balazuc and Vogue classified as "most beautiful villages in France" and the Chauvet cave registered in World Heritage of UNESCO. Beautiful walks from the house.

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt fußläufig vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Alles war wie erwartet. Man kann sich sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten wohl fühlen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr nett.

Semaine caniculaire

La maison est spacieuse et nous avons apprécié la climatisation à l étage et dans le salon pour une semaine caniculaire. Nous n avons pas pu profitez des terrasses car il faisait trop chaud (41 degré) et c est dommage. Maison agréable mais dans son jus…. Un petit coup de peinture lui donnerait plus de charme.
