About this property

Character house from 1889 completely renovated

We are waiting for you to spend a pleasant stay borrowing calm in a stone house of 100m2 dating from 1889. The house is located inland, 15km from Saint Brieuc and 20km from the first beach.
It is also 8km from the small fortified town Moncontour.

The House :
You will have a gravel courtyard and a 400m2 lawn. Possibility to park 3 cars.
On the ground floor, large 40m2 room with exposed beams. This room has a sitting area with stone fireplace, open kitchen and dining area.
There is a closed room of 6.5m2 with a 90x200 bed (extra bedroom) and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
1st bedroom: 20m2 with 180x200 bed
2nd: 16m2, 2 twin beds of 90x200 (possibility of bringing them together)
3rd: 11m2, 2 beds of 90x200.
Sheets and towels are not available.
2 bikes are available, board games and comics.

Arrival and departure:
Entrance is from 4 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on the schedules if no other arrivals planned as a result.

Exchanges with travelers:
During your stay, we will be available to inquire about nearby amenities and activities.

There is also the possibility of having a cleaning lady who can come during the stay and a baby sitter.
