A charming, fully equipped 120-square-meter single-family home facing south, perfect for enjoying the terrace and the wooded, enclosed garden. Ideal for exploring the region with family or friends—accommodates up to 8 people. The property is located 2 km from the village centre and its shops, 10 km from Moncontour and Quintin—which were nominated for the “French People’s Favourite Village” award—and 40 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, including Cap Fréhel, and 1 hour from Dinard, Bréhat Island, the Pink Granite Coast, and Rennes. Ground floor: - Large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and storage - Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms with 140 beds and storage - 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds and storage - Bathroom with double sink and bathtub, separate toilet - Mezzanine with foosball table and board games. Outdoor furniture and barbecue. Weekly rentals available in July and August. Sheets provided upon reservation for €15 per room, payable on-site; complimentary starting from the second week. End-of-stay cleaning service available for €70.

Super endroit

Maison accueillante, propre et fonctionelle. Accueil super avec des petites douceurs. Proprietaires disponibles et qui donnent de bons plans et des idées d'activités. Nous avons adoré la region. La Bretagne est magnifique et les bretons sympathiques.

Séjour très agréable

Très bon séjour au calme à la campagne. La maison est confortable, de belles pièces, une cuisine super pratique et des salles de bain neuves et impeccables. Merci à sylvie pour son accueil et les petites douceurs à l’arrivée.

Cadre calme et bucolique

Sylvie et Loïc sont disponibles. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, isolée et au calme. Le jardin, la terrasse et le coin barbecue permettent de profiter de l'extérieur.
