Imagine yourself surrounded by emerald green and sapphire blue waters and having sugary white sand scrunch between your toes. This is Panama City Beach, one of Florida’s best hidden vacation destinations. Panama City Beach is one of the world's most beautiful beaches, with over twenty-seven miles of breathtaking beauty along the Gulf of Mexico.

This Condominium is situated on the fourth floor. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. This condo has been remodeled to provide a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for any guests! The private master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with drawer space and a closet. An iron, ironing board, and hair dryer is provided for your convenience. A large bunk bed area is located in the hall for additional guest to rest from a busy day at the beach. There is also a queen sleeper sofa that guest can use to rest and wake up to a beautiful view of the beach! All fine linens are cleaned on a regular basis. We have a dining area that will seat up to four guest and a bar area that will sit up to two guest. The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, toaster, blender, stove/oven, ice maker, place setting for eight, cookware and bowls for serving up a delicious meal after a hot day on the beach. For your viewing enjoyment we have provided cable TV/DVD/VCR,and a video library. Books and Novels are provided for quiet time to read on the beach, or just lay on the couch or balcony to relax. Board games are provided for special family time and competition. There is a phone in the den and master bedroom to use if you would like to hang around the condo and call in for pizza or make dinner reservations. This is the perfect condo to rent! You will be very close to fabulous dining, terrific shopping, and great restaurants in the area. It is within walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Club and much more! Summit features two swimming pools, one heated, two kiddie pools, poolside Tiki bar, on-site beach service, hot tubs, beauty shop, game room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, jet-skis, and wave runners, all right on-site.

SORRY NO PETS AND NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY! This condo is cleaned by the owners to ensure every guest a clean and refreshing unit for their stay.

We (family of 5- kids 7,9,3) had a great stay! Beautiful view of the beach, great pools and the on location food options (and drinks) were delicious as well. The unit was plentiful with bath towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towelettes. It had plenty of room for all of us. Well stocked with utensils for us to home cook most of our meals, and the blackout curtains were great for afternoon naps with our youngest. We will definitely book again for our next trip to PCB!

The condo was wonderful ! The kitchen had everything you could need, felt like home. My only complaint would be, the bedroom could use a dresser or something to put your clothes in, but not a big deal. We will definitely stay here again

Great location, nice amenities including a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and a tiki bar. The room itself was a bit small for our family, but there’s 6 of us. And 3 are teens. Perfect for the price.

The condo was ok. A few issues. Mold on bathroom ceiling, handle in shower to adjust temperature barely working..took several scalding showers, oven takes about 30 minutes to preheat, sleeper sofa broken supports at foot of bed. Elevators barely worked. Easy access to the beach and beautiful view.

Spring Vacation

WE attended a destination wedding in another southern stat and from there travelled to Panama City Beach to enjoy 9 days of Florida sun. The condo was very clean and had all the modern appliances including a washer & dryer. Beautiful view of the beach and very comfortable king size bed. Great spot and our host was very accessible as we had a couple of questions. Resort right on the beach so very convenient for sun & surf.

This unit is decorated so cute with the latest farmhouse decor and colors. My main complaint would be there's only a sofa to sit on except the dining table chairs. King bed is comfy. Steve was very prompt to reply any time i asked a question!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit(406). It was wonderfully decorated. It was stocked with everything from pots and pans and other dishes to cleaning supplies. I really can't say enough about this unit. However, my family and I will be staying in this unit as often as possible.

Awesome Stay

We had an awesome stay. Condo was roomier than I thought it would be. Balcony was a good size. The Summitt itself was a really nice place. Everyone was happy. The amenities are great- from the Tiki Bar to Bikini Bobs. They even have an air compressor for your rafts, etc. on the walkway to the beach. The wait for the elevators was not a problem. Only a few times we had to wait a little longer, like during checkin on Saturday but in reality that wait was less than 5 minutes.

Perfect little condo!

We very much enjoyed our 6 night stay in this condo! The decor was so cute and the condo was clean! Steve, the property manager, was very quick to answer all of our questions and provide any needed information. The Summit was a blast to stay in between the pool area that had FOUR pools, and easy access to the beach. They even had live music a few nights that we could either enjoy from our balcony or chill by the pool and listen to. We also felt very safe as security was everywhere you looked, making sure there was no funny business. Full disclosure, there is additional charge upon check in for bracelets and parking pass. This was $20 for us. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our stay!

Summit PCB

We had a wonderful vacation at the Summit! Steve was very responsive to answering all Of our questions. Despite a busy week and a lot of people around the walls are not thin and we never heard a sound from the neighbors or the pool. The blackout curtains are awesome since we were traveling from different time zones. The bar has amazing signature drinks and security was around at all times so we felt safe. The Summit even has beach wheelchairs we could rent ( just by holding my ID no $) So we could roll my frail Mom to the beach to witness my nieces wedding. A definite surprise we were able to make that happen! Will stay again!

The only thing good about this condo is the bed. There was no drawer space to put cloths in. The bathroom and the kitchen needs to be redone. I felt like this condo was not clean food between the stove floors need to be mop and swept. The shower needs a new shower curtain it had mold on

This guest was a negative person from the beginning, very unappreciative and did not follow guidelines for condo, I have put the guest on a no book list and contacted other owners. You can look easily at our condo pictures which are up to date and notice that the condo has been updated with new furnishings, including flooring, new stove, new washer/ dryer, painted perfessionally, new sinks in bath area, new shower curtains , new AC unit. I appreciate reviews , but guest referred that the only good thing was the bed, when owners put as much into condos as they do , be respectful and honest and don’t put negative behavior on their page because you just think you can, we have 100’s of guest that are repeat guest that return year after year, they know that they will receive a nice , clean condo that has a lot of updates for a great rate.

We loved the Summit condo. Owner had great communication with us the entire time. He notified us that the dryer in the unit was messing up and he had planned a repair man to come. While it was inconvenient to have to walk down to the laundry mat on the first floor, I understand that it was out of his hands and he did communicate everything to us. We even had trouble figuring out how to start the washer at first so he had someone run up and help us. So that was great! The view was spectacular. The condo was clean, the beds comfortable. We would for sure rent this unit again! We love PCB!

Amazing condo, view and host

Zero complaints. We stayed this week with me my fiancé and our 4 daughters ages 15, 11, 7 and 5 months and our stay was nothing short of amazing. Perfect view on the 4th floor and the cutest condo. I adored the decor as it’s my farm house type style. Absolutely adorable. The condo over all had everything we needed. We did need to purchase more toilet paper and trash bags but no worries at all we are a larger family. The beds were super comfy. Such a homey cozy condo. You do need your own beach towels. Will definitely book again. Amazing host and commutation. Check in was super easy. Pools were great. There’s even beach chairs set up with an umbrella and jet skis outside the summit at the beach access that you can rent and it’s overall affordable and so convenient especially having an infant. We paid 120 for the chairs&umbrella for 3 days. (They already have them set up outside for you) Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and we hope to book again next year! 5 star!

Honest review

Our group stayed in this condo from March 15th-22nd and we were immediately disappointed. For the past 4 years, we have stayed at the Summit but in a different condo and have never had the trouble we had with this condo and the host. To start, the condo was dirty when we got there. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, dirt/sand all over the floor to where our feet were black (we understand we are at the beach, but it had not been swept/cleaned from prior booking), sponges at sink had food all over, mirrors dirty, etc. The pullout couch is broken unless you want to sleep upright, you are unable to lay flat so it is extremely uncomfortable. We contacted Steve and he just kept saying “it works fine for everyone else”. The ice maker gave out brown pieces of ice and was leaking down into the fridge. We had a group of 6 and were only given 4 bath towels in the beginning. However, we asked and someone brought us some. There are no dressers so don’t expect to unpack clothes. The condo said it provided a blender, it did not. The host told us that if we went out and bought a blender that he would pay us back. He kept telling us that he paid us back, but we did not receive money until after we left. Steve said that people sometimes take things, which is understandable, however he should check for missing items prior to having new guests. This condo is EXTREMELY outdated and has decor covered in dust. The price is cheap for a reason, would not recommend staying here!

This is 6 young people that I definitely would not rent to again and have put on my list to not rent and let the Summit know how they left Condo. I did find out that someone had taken out blender from our condo to another condo, I did let them know that I would be glad to reimburse them for the blender they purchased which I did, it took them 3 days to figure out that Zelle had changed and used only the banks that are on there list, it wasn’t due to me, in addition I paid them more than what they paid due to them having to get it, the sleeper sofa is made to let up at the head to help watch tv, I have had 1,000s of guest through vrbo in the past, but none so disrespectful as these 6 guest were, our property has been one of the nicest at the Summit, I am now aware that these have also did this to another owner previously.

I waited a week to post review . . .

I waited a week to post a review so I wasn't just reacting hastily. Cute decor, most was non functional or broken. We stepped in to a fishy smell all over the condo, most likely coming from under the kitchen sink. It appeared to have an ongoing and very old leak from somewhere. Gnats were swarming the kitchen the entire time we were there. I called the landlord within minutes of getting in the property because there was a pile of dirty rugs and other items on one of the balcony chairs and because I had to purchase a parking pass and arm bands for the property and I didn't see this in the description anywhere. I told him the condo was dirty and that I would clean what needed to be cleaned, but he did offer to send cleaning staff back, but it was almost 6pm, so I really didn't want to deal with that. I got to disinfecting the kitchen and realized some ice from our cooler had dropped on the floor and was melting. When I wiped it up off the floor my paper towel was disgusting. I was barefoot so I checked my feet and they were BLACK! I had only been in the condo for about 15 minutes! I wore shoes inside for the rest of our stay. When I pulled the covers back to go to bed that night there was a big ball of hair on my sheet. Needless to say we were both ready to go somewhere else even though we had already paid here. The bathtub had sharp edges where enamel was cracking off. Beach setup was fantastic, pools looked amazing. Spa looked moldy. Cats were fun to watch on the grounds.

Please look at previous reviews, I should have not taken this booking for the 3 days that this guest stayed, I offered 4 times with guest to have cleaning come back in and this is why I should have just said that they would be coming in and taking care of issues, there was a leak coming from condo above our condo, which was repaired the next day, never did see any flys or gnats as she stated, the tub has been repaired. Condo is very nice and well maintained as always.

Great location

This unit was perfect for our November get away. Fourth floor provided the perfect ocean view. Loved all the palm trees, heated pool, hot tub, and just being steps from the ocean. Unit was very clean and comfortable and provided everything my husband and I needed. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Definitely a good experience.
